These restaurants have a dry decor design. To dark and Cafeteria atmosphere. The service is horrible in Charlottesville. They give you very little protein with your bowl or your wrap. The staff wants to speak only Spanish when you have a problem in front of you, which I found very disrespectful. They need to practice customer service when they work in these restaurants to communicate with the customer and not speak in front of them in another language. The manager or supervisor had a attitude because I asked them to remake my Bowl. They never asked me what else would I like? They threw it in the trash and turned their backs on me. If you’re expecting customer service, forget it.

Great place for generous portions of delicious Mediterranean. My wife and I split the Mezeh Classic with hummus and chips. Good combo because you can add the hummus to bites of the bowl and scoop it all up on the pita chips. We will be going back.

They also seem to have very few options that are not spicy. Amazing food, and great people, but there is very little to eat here if you can't do spicy.

17$ for a lamb gyro? No drink and No side? Owner must be nickel and diming. They dont even spread your sauce, you get a mouthful of sauce in one bite. Ewww. Basically no meat.

Been here several times as I live close by. Very good price for the amount of food you get, think chipotle but for Mediterranean food. It can be a little overwhelming your first time if you don’t know what all the ingredients are that you can put in, if that’s the case then you can also order online and take your time.

Today I went to eat and a worker was handling the garbage can and she did not change her gloves and started putting the Nann in the bags and i found a bone in my food

Everything is so colorful and appetizing. Smells good, Such a great place for a healthy quick meal. Everything is fresh and seems to be made in house. 2nd time eating here and it was better than the first. I make my own and just add everything. Got chicken fajitas protein and was fresh and tasty. Baklava and chocolate chip cookies were on point. Keep up the great job. I wish I had one closer to home as this is an hour away. Staff was friendly and attentive, it’s nice to have a healthy meal served promptly.

I understand the labor market is hard for businesses but if I'm going to spend 13 bucks on a sandwich you need to speak to me like I'm a human being. Just pretend I'm someone with a family that has feelings. Pretend like I matter. You don't have to be sincere. Just be polite. I won't be back
