Akira level sushi & ramen

Hot mess. Unreliable and overpriced for mediocre food. I have ordered takeout on their actual site multiple times and it is never ready on time - not even close to the estimate they send you. Tonight when I arrived they seemed to not even have processed my order and I had to wait 28 minutes (after I was told my food was supposed to be ready at a set arrival time). Don’t waste your money at this dump.

I really loved coming here because food was good and service is great but lately food has shrunk and tonight was the worst of it all. My hibachi chicken was just enough to be done and it was chewy. The veggies were hardly warm and basically they were raw. Also dressing on my salad tasted sour I couldn't even finish it.Sushi that my husband had was smaller than ever before. So you really have to order more food if you want to feel satisfied. I hope this will help them to fix these issues cause they were my favorite spot in town.

The service was fast and the restaurant has a nice vibe. The speciality rolls were good, but a little expensive. The tuna roll and the salmon roll was 1/2 the diameter I was expecting, barely any rice, which made the end pieces very loose and meh.

Absolutely loved my experience at this sushi spot. Every roll I tried was fresh and flavorful, but the eel roll really stood out—sticky, sweet unagi that hit all the right notes. The chicken and steak combo platter was another surprise hit, with a subtle sweetness that balanced beautifully with the savory meat

Service was fantastic—our waitress was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole night.

The duck bao buns were on the pricier side, but worth it. The skin was perfectly crisp, and the hoisin sauce clung to the soft, pillowy buns in the best way possible. A great mix of texture and flavor.

Definitely planning to come back.

Nice place. Food was pretty good. Wait staff was awful. Server completely forgot to put in one of our orders. When we inquired after everyone else got their food, she stated “ You never said that”. Accusing the customer of never placing their order because you forgot is just wrong, and terrible customer service! Will never go back.

The food is delicious, except for the fried ice cream. It tasted like it was fried in old cooking oil. I told the waitress that it was making me want to throw up and she became agitated and stated that it would be taken off my bill this time but couldn’t be taken off next time. Also, when the food was brought out, it was such a small portion for the very expensive price. The customer service could have been better as well.

Pros: Sushi was really good, as was the hibachi grilled veggies.
Cons: for being in such a family-friendly area, no kids meal. Prices are high in comparison to other sushi places. The spicy miso ramen.. unfortunately was the worst Ive ever had. To the point I felt sick paying $122 for a dinner I didnt even enjoy. The hibachi chicken was ok, but nothing great.

Costly but worth it! Amazing service, fancy atmosphere, and authentic (& tasty) food

I'll change my rating when you update online ordering menu's. I want to be able to order other steak dishes online besides just hibachi steak. I'd like a teriyaki steak dish which you do not offer for online ordering whatsoever. Also, a ginger miso steak and chicken would be good.

Hidden gem. I had no idea. This will be my new regular spot. Great quality sushi and even the side salad and soup were fantastic. Lots of options here! 10/10.
