This is my second time at Al Carbon. The first time was at the old place, and I found their rotisserie chicken moist and nicely done. Today. I found the chicken the opposite: it was dry and flat. The nopalito also seemed reheated. Fried yucca, on the other hand, was fine.
Family favorite for a quick meal while we’re at 5th St Station - or for takeout on the nights we don’t feel like cooking :). Seriously delicious chicken and one of my kids is addicted to the green sauce.
They don't give you the food the way you ask for it. If you order a whole chicken, they give you chicken quarters. I always specify what I want and they give me the opposite. I'm disappointed.
