Applebee's Grill + Bar

I am adding this review again as it seems the first was deleted. I went in here with my boyfriend and best friend one Saturday night. We were sat in a booth that was broken on the back and my best friend who has horrible back issues needed to move. At that moment a waitress walked by and noticed the booth and before we even asked to move, she told us to go ahead and move seats so we did. As soon as we sat down this disgustingly rude nasty hostess decided to get personally offended by this non exisent issue. She was muttering things under her breath and my friend said she had back issues and we moved whats the big deal. She snapped as us and said well if you wanted to move you could have asked. At which point I whipped my head around and said the other waitress told us to move why is this becoming an issue? And she continued to mutter things under her breath that I chose to ignore in the best interest of us both. Another waitress who heard the interaction came over and apologized on behalf of that uptight woman and said she's like that all the time... so why is she working there then? She created and issue out of nothing. We never complained, the issue was noticed before we even asked to move. Lady, you're working at applebees, why are you taking such offense to nothing? I requested a refund through my bank because the food came out cold and nasty. Will never ever be back here. And get rid of that hostess. She's got issues.

We ordered our food the steaks where raw to where the blood was coming out of it when I was cutting into it. Then my husband cut into his it was the same way. The waiter went and had them cook 2 more after 10 more minutes the manger came over and talked to us letting us know she had took 30 dollars off our bill which was still almost 50. Dollars, we'll when I was looking over the bill they tried charging us for 3 steak there was just 2 of us. When I question them over that they was trying to make us pay for a 3rd steak bc they had to cook 2 more steaks. At this time we was there for over 1 hour without eating so we left. Will never go back there again. The restaurant was nasty.

We went here for dinner on a Saturday and we're seated right away. The tender meal was very good and fresh. My wife's burger was also good. Our server was very attentive. We would go here again.

You gotta fix up the inside. The food and staff are fantastic. Just gotta update the vibe. C’mon. The walls are dirty. That’s hard to be cool with. Love y’all.

The French Onion soup was good, but my Quesadilla burger was cold, fries lukewarm. My granddaughter's Chicken Parmansan over Alfredo tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer for a very long time. My daughter's mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. The manager took most of the meal off of our tab, which was fair. I've eaten at Applebee's from Nags to Bristol. This one was the worst. After 4 hours on the road, we looking forward to a good meal before my daughter's surgery the next day. Disappointed? Very.

Okay I keep getting requests!!! I drove a neighbor to her job when the snow was too high to get to her job. Too old to be pushing a car down 400 ft of driveway.LOL I DO KNOW THAT SHE'S DEDICATED TO GET TO HER JOB!! She may be your host or she may be a waitress, nice lady. If you are headed out of town on 250/Old Richmond Highway BEFORE you get to the top of Pintop take the right turn, take the next left and the next left and you're at the front door.

WORST FOOD EVER
Over an hour of waiting for Chicken tenders and Chicken Broccoli Alfredo with two toddlers, only to get chicken that even my infant wouldn't eat. I've had better food at a gas station.
The service was great, but the food sent me spiraling 🤬🤢

It is just like every other Applebee's, however staff is outstanding, especially since we were there little before closing.

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely wheelchair accessible. Plenty of handicap parking spaces.

I placed a pickup order for the Super Bowl, but I did not receive one of the meals within my order. I did not realize until I got home, and they said I would receive a partial refund when I called. Two weeks later I have yet to receive the refund. My multiple calls to the restaurant have not been answered. I wouldn’t mind that the mix up happened if I could speak to someone and receive a fair refund.

Ordered a curbside order, after waiting almost 20 minutes for ONE appetizer, because that all I ordered. I have to go inside to pick it up & after standing at their curbside POS, like 4 servers walked by me & all of them acted like they didn't see me, so they wouldnt have to help me. So I walked to the bar & even the bartender was acting like she didn't see me. Then here came the manager, I said surely she would acknowledge me since im obviously looking like I need help, nope. I even said excuse me to the bartender twice & she was just acting so busy & like she just couldn't hear me. This is not the first time I've had problems with the staff here. Very rude, inconsiderate, staff.

I had ordered to go food and witnessed a manager being totally unprofessional and rude to the girl who was working at the To Go stand. I believe the managers name was Robyn. I never received my food and what I witnessed was downright degrading and disgusting, the door was wide open. I could hear everything.
