Okay I keep getting requests!!! I drove a neighbor to her job when the snow was too high to get to her job. Too old to be pushing a car down 400 ft of driveway.LOL I DO KNOW THAT SHE'S DEDICATED TO GET TO HER JOB!! She may be your host or she may be a waitress, nice lady. If you are headed out of town on 250/Old Richmond Highway BEFORE you get to the top of Pintop take the right turn, take the next left and the next left and you're at the front door.

WORST FOOD EVER
Over an hour of waiting for Chicken tenders and Chicken Broccoli Alfredo with two toddlers, only to get chicken that even my infant wouldn't eat. I've had better food at a gas station.
The service was great, but the food sent me spiraling 🤬🤢

It is just like every other Applebee's, however staff is outstanding, especially since we were there little before closing.

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely wheelchair accessible. Plenty of handicap parking spaces.

I placed a pickup order for the Super Bowl, but I did not receive one of the meals within my order. I did not realize until I got home, and they said I would receive a partial refund when I called. Two weeks later I have yet to receive the refund. My multiple calls to the restaurant have not been answered. I wouldn’t mind that the mix up happened if I could speak to someone and receive a fair refund.

Ordered a curbside order, after waiting almost 20 minutes for ONE appetizer, because that all I ordered. I have to go inside to pick it up & after standing at their curbside POS, like 4 servers walked by me & all of them acted like they didn't see me, so they wouldnt have to help me. So I walked to the bar & even the bartender was acting like she didn't see me. Then here came the manager, I said surely she would acknowledge me since im obviously looking like I need help, nope. I even said excuse me to the bartender twice & she was just acting so busy & like she just couldn't hear me. This is not the first time I've had problems with the staff here. Very rude, inconsiderate, staff.

I had ordered to go food and witnessed a manager being totally unprofessional and rude to the girl who was working at the To Go stand. I believe the managers name was Robyn. I never received my food and what I witnessed was downright degrading and disgusting, the door was wide open. I could hear everything.

I placed my order online for carbide pick up, I called the posted number, 3 times with no answer, at the designated time for pick up. I then went inside, to retrieve my order, along with another patron. We stood there, at the pick up counter, for approximately 5 minutes watching 6 employees pass us by and stand around socializing without as much as a acknowledgement that we were there. We finally went to the bar area and asked 2 women that were standing there if we could pick up our order. With a huff and an eye roll for being interrupted she asked his name, retrieved his order then instead of walking over to me she loudly asked my name and brought my order out. I requested to speak with a manager and was met by a young woman that could care less about my concern of poor service. She stated that her "Carside specialist" called out sick. The thought that it takes a specialist to run Carside pick up is absurd! Stay far away from this place!!! The customer service here is pitiful!!

Was promptly greeted and seated. Waited 15 minutes without being served around 1:30 pm. Got up to leave and a waitress came over and I advised her we were leaving and she said "happy new year and Merry Christmas as we left. No apologies just the snide remark. My wife have been stopping here about once a month. Never again. Might want to see what service recovery is about.

I still eat there when it's convenient though...
I'd say management needs some work.

I ordered the ribs they only had sauce on the backside and the meat was very dry. The manager said she couldn't give me a refund. This place used to be a nice place to eat im Charlottesville but it has gone downhill. The servers and management could use some training. The cook should be ashamed sending out the rib dish. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere that you can get what you should for your money.
