For a fast food restaurant, it is particularly fantastic. This one in Charlottesville, VA with the service recommended to visit inside as the man with big beard provides such an extra positive experience with his kind mood and friendly behavior that made me to visit them multiple times during my trip
Service was great. Beef & Cheddar were less than ideal. There was too much cheddar on the sandwiches. Usually I like a little extra but this was so much and it oozed all over that the sandwiches were slippery and hard to hold. Chocolate shake as usual was very good.
Food was good. Took forever before we were acknowledged to be standing at the register to order. No napkins available - had to ask for them and then the guy didn't know how to load them. It was not the cleanest Arby's I have been in. Most tables rocked.
