My Youth Group was assigned to going to this Arby's and buying a burger, but nothing else. The young woman behind the counter was a bit overwhelmed by all our orders, but she did great. The burger I had was delicious. Good work, Arby's.

The store manager is usually on her phone. Whenever she's up front that is. Along with that, Rob, another manager, is quite rude to his employees. I've heard him yelling at them before. Overall, the employees themselves are fine. The managers seem to let the power and authority go to their heads however. The food was delicious though.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Arby’s so I decided to go tonight. I pulled up and drive-through and placed my order with the very polite young man working the drive-through. I went to the window and was promptly handed my drink then I paid and received a receipt. I should mention that during this entire time there was a customer pulled forward of drive-through waiting for her order. Within a minute or two the polite young man came and asked me to pull over into a parking space while they’re getting my order ready. I said sure I’ll keep an eye on my mirror and the moment someone pulls behind me I’ll get out of the way. A few minutes later, a few female employee came to the window and exclaimed that they have timers. I need to move. I told her that I would move when someone got behind me. Then she followed up with then we won’t serve you. I said fine and held up my credit card although she never took it. She said I was screwing up her timers. I said, you mean the timer that keeps track of how long it takes you to serve the customer ? She said yes. I then said the timer stops when I pull forward? She said yes. So then I said, you want me to help cheat your time to make your numbers look better? Here’s my card. She went inside and spoke with what was apparently the manager who eventually came and handed me my food. To be fair, no one was behind me. I do not want to be a part of helping your employers think you were doing a much better job and a timely fashion than you actually are. What upset me was twofold. First, the very condescending attitude when first she addressed me. Second when she accused me of screwing up her numbers when in fact, she was upset because I did not want to help her cheat for her benefit.

There's a manager that works here that's rude, insulting, and all around just not a pleasant person to have to deal with.
I had a $35+ order with multiple sandwiches and fries. I asked for sauce and was told there was some in the bag. There were 3, basically one for each meal. When I asked for more it was an argument.
On top of all of that, when I got home, the entire order was wrong. Knowing how the woman hoards the sauces I was not about to go back. It's a shame people that rude are allowed to work drive thru.

Clean and the food was hot, so acceptable for a fast-food spot. Big shout-out to Rob, working the counter and filling orders during a sudden rush while we were visiting. While the drive-up lady was visibly agitated, Rob kept his cool did his job, and made all of us in line feel he (and the kitchen) were doing their best to see us fed.
