The guy working was one of the rudest people I have met in my life. Absolutely disrespectful. He didn't even wash his hands between handling the money and handling the food. I honestly question the hygiene in this establishment. The pretzels themselves were cold and rubbery. You're better off going to Kroger to get soft pretzels and make them at home.

I went Christmas shopping and my 3 year old asked for a pretzel dog i noticed when he bites into it that is was raw and the dough was raw I asked if I could get something that was cooked the young ignorant child working the oven told me I couldn't pick threw there food and give it back I told her to give me food that was cooked she told me they have no refund policy and I had to wait 8 mins for another I told her I couldn't wait the manager was the person running the cash register and never said a word I asked for there home office number to file a complaint they refused to give me there names and said they don't get complaints they are rude too young and childish to run a store in a public mall idk who owns this place but those kids are killing your business most of all your reviews are bad but what can you say

I was deciding on what to get today and, while deciding between the original pretzel and the pretzel bites, I noticed the employee who makes the pretzels was on his phone. While this would normally be seen as rude, he still had his gloves on! It left a queasy feeling in my stomach was that was just as bad (if not worse) than not wearing gloves at all! We caught each other's eye and I decided it was time to go. Will never come back to this location.

First to review?! Wow. Who doesn't enjoy a soft pretzel? Not me. Buttery, salty, chewy carbs are always welcome. This place gets bumped up to a 5th star for the convenient mall location (possibly the only place I actually purchase anything besides Sephora) and for the BOGO deal that they let you use on repeat from the Charlottesville coupon book. I also like the high schoolers who manage this location - professional and hard-working! Those samples get me every time!

I would not recommend their catering. Staff was late and unapologetic. They were rude when I asked them to go back to the store for the things they forgot. It took them weeks to come retrieve their heated bags afterward. No professionalism. Will not be using them again.
