The manager on duty on 20 Nov was extremely rude. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who advised us of the time wait which was 30 mins. After 30 mins we followed up to ask status, by this time the manager had taken over as host. She was extremely rude on multiple occasions when we followed up. Also telling my friend to 'get out the way' as she passed by the bar. She was clearly stressed, unhappy and angry in general. We have been in Charlottesville 20+ years eating...read full review
