I had a lovely time at Bizou tonight. Decided to eat there before seeing a concert, which is always a good move. I sat at the bar and Oscar made sure I was taken care of while still making everyone's drinks. I've bartended before so I know how hard that can be. He suggested the butternut bisque which was phenomenal. I came for the meatloaf and I had the meatloaf, always amazing. And even though I was full, I had the cobbler too. All the way through, a fantastic experience.
The Tuna tartar was as good as any I have ever had. The presentation and taste were outstanding and the French wine was equally top notch. Great job on service as well. A must place to eat on our next visit to area..

I had to cut it on half to manage it, which I did heartily.
It was fun to watch all the action in the kitchen; it's small so you see everything.
The other things one sees are all the nuances of the staff that let you know they like their job...
