Meals were lukewarm when served but edible. NOT warm or hot. Silverware and Napkins rolled up on table were damp and wet??? Service terrific.

It is a great place to eat. I have brought my family here many times before. Just as much as I have come by myself.

It's fast and efficient to order online and pick up. Food waiting by the door, don't even have to talk to anyone. I'm antisocial so I kind of like that

Most of the food was decent, but everyone's meals were ready at different times. Sautéed veggies were dry and not cooked enough. Dessert was very good. No TP in the ladies room.

server Nate(the handsome one) was incredible, helped my wife fill out a 1040ez tax discrepancy while managing a 10 top that only wanted pizookies at different times for three hours. The food took a little long which is why we were also there for three hours. We would come back just for him!@1

Steaks did not have good seasoning and were bland. The side dishes were mediocre. I do not recommend eating here. The service and atmosphere were good but the food was definitely not worth the cost!!!

Great place for a group of 6 because they have a broad menu and take reservations. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Food and drinks were delicious!

I ordered a mojito that came out completely wrong and then our meal came out in two groups, there was at least 5 minutes between the first group of people getting their food and the second group. Lastly we received the incorrect check. Not everyone got a water that we ordered and we were missing silverware.

Last minute reservation on Valentine's day. Had never been and the food was great, cozy environment. Our server Corey was amazing, super engaging and great recommendations for food and drinks, knows the menu very well. Drinks were refilled without having to ask, very attentive.

My order was mixed up with my fathers and nothing in either of our meals was correct. Server only came to our table 2 times and took 45 minutes to cash us out.

Place is horrible. Place is dead at 1800. Football on. 4 customers. I walk in. No one greats me. I sit at bar. Sat there for 10 min. No staff at all. No bartender. Can't wait to see this place shut down.

My Bartender CiCi was a sheer and utter delight. I've been here repeatedly in the past and every time I've always experienced less than stellar service. Cici was pleasant, engaging, attentive, and warm. Because of this experience I intended to give BJs another shot and actually look forward to the next visit.
