BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Great place for a group of 6 because they have a broad menu and take reservations. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Food and drinks were delicious!

I ordered a mojito that came out completely wrong and then our meal came out in two groups, there was at least 5 minutes between the first group of people getting their food and the second group. Lastly we received the incorrect check. Not everyone got a water that we ordered and we were missing silverware.

Last minute reservation on Valentine's day. Had never been and the food was great, cozy environment. Our server Corey was amazing, super engaging and great recommendations for food and drinks, knows the menu very well. Drinks were refilled without having to ask, very attentive.

My order was mixed up with my fathers and nothing in either of our meals was correct. Server only came to our table 2 times and took 45 minutes to cash us out.

Place is horrible. Place is dead at 1800. Football on. 4 customers. I walk in. No one greats me. I sit at bar. Sat there for 10 min. No staff at all. No bartender. Can't wait to see this place shut down.

My Bartender CiCi was a sheer and utter delight. I've been here repeatedly in the past and every time I've always experienced less than stellar service. Cici was pleasant, engaging, attentive, and warm. Because of this experience I intended to give BJs another shot and actually look forward to the next visit.

We waited 45 to 1 for our food when others that came in behind us got there food before us. I order a plain hamburger got lettuce, tomato. My mom order a hamburger with ketchup only,got a cheeseburger with pickles, tomato, lettuce. Said our food was coming giving us fresh fries well they were cold. Was not very impressed. I usually don't say anything but this was not great service.

Our waitress Shana was very pleasant. She provided crayons for our children. Loved my Caesar salad and was offered a box promtptly. She was very kind and professional. I will be coming back to get some more amazing service!

What happened to our BJ’s?
The wedge salad used to be a wedge. It’s now 1/2 a wedge.
My piece of salmon was the “thin” end and about 3 bites worth. My friend’s salmon was literally swimming as if it were a soup in the couscous vegetable mixture. The water said it was supposed to be that way…wrong.
Service was fine. Food was very questionable.
Used to go there a few times/month. Won’t go back for some time.

Visited BJ’s recently, and it was a letdown. Service was extremely slow despite the restaurant being nearly empty. The food was mediocre and overpriced—not worth it. Won’t be returning.

Our waitress shana was not pleasant. I asked her for an extra set of crayons and coloring paper for my child and she said that is the only crayons we have????!!!! But did not bring me any crayons or paper for my child. My husband asked her if the salad had bacon in it and she rolled her eyes and said it was a Caesar!!! Food was slow, drinks were slow and shana’s service sucked. She didn’t even bring us bags for our to go box’s. Her attitude was terrible and felt racial motivated. Her demeanor was not the same with other tables. Thanks shana for ruining our family vacation dinner to Charlottesville with your bad attitude. We will never go back if you will be the waitress to serve us.

The food was beyond expected. I don't eat cauliflower, but the sautéed vegetables were so delicious next time I come it will be on my plate.
