I went through drive thru and I messed up my order. I told the gentleman at the window what I really meant. He said that he was sorry and just pull up and he would take care of it. I waited a few minutes and then went inside. They had just taken a hot batch of Bo Berry biscuits out of the oven. He said that he was sorry for the mix up and there was any cost for the half dozen that I meant to order. I told him that it wasn't his fault, that I made the mistake. I ended up paying for the biscuits. He went up and beyond what needed to be done. Great people. Thank you so much.

This place has gone downhill, no salt or pepper shakers on the tables anymore. Now you have to use the carry out packets so you grab a handful and end up throwing most of them away such a waste. Ketchup is kept behind the counter and you have to ask for it.

Honestly I like Bojangles but I don’t understand why half the staff here is great and the other staff acts like they don’t care. I ask simple questions that get “idk”. Lol they aren’t like difficult questions to go find the answer for. Just saying I’m less likely to pick this one as of now. Lack of awareness …. please have my sauces for once. I get home and my extra I pay for is never in the box
