Every different part of my dinner was great... The drive thru is quick; employees are polite & friendly; and the food is consistently satisfying and has never tasted old or dried out.My only con... They rarely put enough seasoning on the seasoned fries so I always ask for more. About half of the time I ask for more seasoning they'll end up adding way too much seasoning that they'll have a solid coat of orange-seasoning so thick you can barely eat them

Great service, unlike the place with the big m on the building..great food too.the employees are happy and polite..a great change in fast food breakfast on pantops!
Came through the drive-through for two meals and the chicken was very dry over cooked and not even warm. It was discolored and I asked for fresh chicken and they told me that I would have to wait 30 minutes before they even put more down. Ended up. Just getting a refund and having to go somewhere else for food zero out of five for customer service skills.

Staff were friendly, restaurant was clean, but the food was disappointing…especially since I went t out of my way to go to this Bojangles because their reviews were better. Food was not fresh. I would have rather waited a few minutes more to have fresh food as opposed to getting something just pulled out of the warmer.

I rated the food based on past experience because I’m writing this before we even get our food. Surprised that there is a sleepy bag in one of the booths. It appears that someone can’t find a babysitter so there kids are hanging out in the dining area. Also, it seems like someone has puked in the men’s room and no is bothering to clean it up. Staff is just standing around when no helping us customers. Tables are dirty and trash is full. At one point, 4 of the workers go outside. Not sure why are where they went. I’m a little scared about how sanitary the kitchen is. Won’t be coming back to this Bojangles again.
