first things first, we waited 10 minutes to be seated , waiter was nice at first.. one of the gentleman at our table ordered a mixed drink, she got rude with everyone at the table (he was ID for the mixed drink and was given it).. next my friend got a handcrafted passion fruit drink non alcoholic it was just like a lemonade base with sprite passion fruit and lime.. well for the first 20 minutes after receiving food, we had the employees stalking and watching our table and continuously looking at our table all because the gentleman with us ordered a mixed drink, I understand company policy IDing, making sure you’re 21+ but that doesn’t give anyone the right to hawk eye an entire table and disrupt our meal because of it , about 10 mins of hawk eyeing us went by we had a gentleman walk over to our table and ask us how our night was and say he needed to see some ID because we had drinks at our table nobody at our table had a mixed drink but the gentleman who was already IDENTIFIED and showed his ID, he proceeded to harass our table by coming over and picking up my female friends handcrafted lemonade drink picking it up while reaching over our food and puts his nose into my friends drink smelling for alcohol as if they hadn’t already done enough harassment for the night !!! we got a refund for that drink but we got cussed at and snapped at multiple times finally we decided to just snap back and be rude all together .. waitress was extremely rude and I would recommend another place to go , and I. Won’t be returning to this location ever again!! I can only imagine , how they treat other people on a day to day basis and all while on the clock. It’s never okay to treat your guest like this and I will not be returning and I want the corporate number to file a complaint because leaving this review and still being respectful, isn’t good enough I want these people to lose their jobs or have some type of consequences for how they stalked and harassed our table.

Horrible customer service from the hostess Mia we came in party of 2 she said it would be a couple minutes then later a party of 3 came in no reservations she sat them immediately when she came back I tried to ask her why she sat them first and she ignored us so unprofessional

He then claimed he would go get our food, when 2 other waitresses came out and asked us again what we ordered, it was incorrect and we told them we didn’t want it anymore. It had nearly been 2.5 hours at this point and we were no longer hungry. We will NEVER return to this restaurant. The staff is untrained and the manager is rude and does not take ownership of his mistakes. Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrendous. Side note my daughter came home and threw up from waiting too long to eat.

Call in and pickup order. Got home opened to the dried out wings. Potato wedges were good. But for an order of over $60.00, the wings were so dried out that they were hard. Won't be back.
As a very long time customer of this chain is travel all over the east coast and Tuesday is always Buffalo night. This store has been the worst service and not following policy even though my bartender is a certified trainer named Lisa. I have sent a message to corporate to address my issues

I went to their restaurant alone about two months ago and had a terrible experience. When I arrived, the host looked at me with a very unpleasant expression and in a very disrespectful manner. He showed very little willingness to assist or help me find a table. He actually made me go look for where to sit on my own and then I had to go look for him when I couldn’t find a table. After I insisted, he finally pointed out a place for me to sit, again in a very dismissive way.
Behind me was a group of four men who mocked me the entire 60 minutes I was there. Every time they passed by, they would push my chair, laugh at me, and make very insulting comments. The last straw was when they started throwing wet paper at my table.
Unfortunately, I didn’t feel like anyone working there was willing to help. I should mention that I’m a trans person, and sadly, that might have been the reason behind my awful experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I have no complaints about the food, but sadly i was unable to enjoy with my experience there.

The food came out and the chicken was raw and the burger was bad as in meat tasted bad im now sick to my stomach. My sons cheesesteak had onions wasnt supposed to and all they did was pluck them off and the fries were cold. Not worth 75.00 when no one ate the food.

went to buffalo wild wings tonight charlottesville location im a quiet person I dont like to complain so I didn't and wasted 75.00 on food no one ate the burger was bad like it tasted like bad meat and the wings weren't fully cooked and my sons cheeses teak had onions wasnt supposed to and all they did was pluck them off the hostess never gave us straws or napkins or even silverware this was the worst experience ive ever had
