I can’t rate the food because we never got any. The service was by far the worst and most absurd experience I’ve ever had. We came in with a large party, I have been to restaurants in a large party before and never waited 2 HOURS for food and 45 minutes to even have our food order taken. When asked to speak with the manager he gaslit us into thinking it was our fault because we had a large party. He then claimed he would go get our food, when 2 other waitresses came out and asked us again what we ordered, it was incorrect and we told them we didn’t want it anymore. It had nearly been 2.5 hours at this point and we were no longer hungry. We will NEVER return to this restaurant. The staff is untrained and the manager is rude and does not take ownership of his mistakes. Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrendous. Side note my daughter came home and threw up from waiting too long to eat.

I went to their restaurant alone about two months ago and had a terrible experience. When I arrived, the host looked at me with a very unpleasant expression and in a very disrespectful manner. He showed very little willingness to assist or help me find a table. He actually made me go look for where to sit on my own and then I had to go look for him when I couldn’t find a table. After I insisted, he finally pointed out a place for me to sit, again in a very dismissive way.
Behind me was a group of four men who mocked me the entire 60 minutes I was there. Every time they passed by, they would push my chair, laugh at me, and make very insulting comments. The last straw was when they started throwing wet paper at my table.
Unfortunately, I didn’t feel like anyone working there was willing to help. I should mention that I’m a trans person, and sadly, that might have been the reason behind my awful experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I have no complaints about the food, but sadly i was unable to enjoy with my experience there.

The worst experience ever from the service to the food. We didn't get no straws or napkins or silverware from our waitress. The food came out and the chicken was raw and the burger was bad as in meat tasted bad im now sick to my stomach. My sons cheesesteak had onions wasnt supposed to and all they did was pluck them off and the fries were cold. Not worth 75.00 when no one ate the food.

went to buffalo wild wings tonight charlottesville location im a quiet person I dont like to complain so I didn't and wasted 75.00 on food no one ate the burger was bad like it tasted like bad meat and the wings weren't fully cooked and my sons cheeses teak had onions wasnt supposed to and all they did was pluck them off the hostess never gave us straws or napkins or even silverware this was the worst experience ive ever had

$66 for family wings last night, delivered, with about 1/8 to 1/4 inch of ranch/blue cheese at the bottom of each “serving” of dip. Wings were dry and frankly disappointing. Tried again tonight in person because the in person B Dubs experience tends to be a bit better. Come to find out there’s not a single special available on Saturday nights. Seriously? Ended up getting an appetizer of smothered nachos (or whatever they’re called) just so we could tip the waitress who at least put in effort. For $11.99, nachos had almost no toppings and one tiny thing of salsa. Absolutely ridiculous experience, we definitely won’t be back.

Went here for our son's 18th birthday. Our waitress Christina was the absolute best waitress ever. We go to all the expensive restaurants usually on special occasions but so glad we went there to have her wait on us.

Today is Tuesday. So we have the notorious BOGO traditional wings. Online it’s $21.99 for 15 traditional wings. I called in and placed an order. 15 wings BOGO was winging up $37
I questioned the cost and even said online it’s saying 15 wings are $21.99. The literal words was said “that’s the online price, we’re a franchise so we can make up our prices.”
I replied “so because I call in vs order online then I’m paying more by calling in?”
Response “yes”.
It’s scammy and they should align their pricing or give a warning that they don’t actually have a BOGO. It’s misleading and for that, I’ll never order here again.
