Average user. I rely on TA to help my choices. Hope this helps you in your consideration Date. 9/15/23. Time approximately 1:30 pm Service: Walked in up front. Only 3 to 4 other tables full in entire restaurant. Visually seen by 2 bartenders and 2 waitresses. No one came over to seat us despite being advised to wait to be seated. Went to bar and had to ask Bartender/supervisor do we seat ourselves or wait to be seated. He shouts at an employee who grabs 2 menus walks to a table and slaps them down. Your server will be with you. Server comes no hello or anything and takes order. Brings food back puts on table no words spoken. Did not check on us 1 time the entire time and we were sitting next to drink station and her other table was behind us. Good: Service no big deal as went to a wing place for wings from a National chain and expected standard quality. Worst wings ever! Completely dried out and super small. The wing portions were basically dried skin, gristle and sauce. Inedible. Leg portions better but very very small. Clearly using the cheapest smallest quality from Sysco The worst meal and service I have had in 10 years including during Covid Employees don’t want to be there and food quality shockingly poor Hope this helps your decision

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings a couple of time in Charlottesville with friends. We were quickly seated and orders taken. Our orders came out in a reasonable amount of time I had a combination of BBQ wings with bone and those without bones. The boneless wings always seemed a bit chewy to me. Average food.

For mgt purposes: we arrived 530p Saturday 11/26. Truly mediocre… I realize this is a chain but there should be consistent standards ie McDonalds…. Their traditional and original Buffalo wings were a dry rub and should be wet, and the garlic parmesan wings were terrible. The host was the worst part; her name is “Sky” and was rude upon arrival and first sat us in a place where we had no view of the games and the middle of the restaurant was wide open. She simply was difficult to work with and didn’t want to be there. I simply went back to host stand and asked assertively to be moved to a better place … the place was wide open and she stuck us in a horrible place. I’ll choose another place for wings in Charlottesville.

The place was super-brightly lit for late night, just weird. Service wasn't the best. Took a long time to get our wings, and when we received the orders, the wings were cold and soggy. The restaurant wasn't really clean.

Horrendous service.

Really bad service for the second time. We waited 1 hour till our food was brought out and we were the only people in there. Waiters does not check up on us.

Good food, but service is mediocre. Long wait for food.

Typical chain wing joint. Beer, average wings, and lots of TVs. I prefer Wild Wing Cafe (better wings imo), but to each his own.

Staff is friendly and I enjoyed the cheese sticks

Terrible, go to Wild Wing Cafe...

Flat screens everywhere, tablets for kids and great service.

Upgraded my score to 4 stars because I've been experiencing extremely eager and helpful waitstaff. Seems to be quite a nice culture of friendliness and a "how may we help you" kind of attitude there.

My standing review: Great for pickup. I you want to catch a game and have some wings and beer, its pretty good for that too. Great wings, delicious onion rings. Service is good for a sports bar (improved as of 2016) and food comes out reasonably quickly. Once in a while wait staff might need an extra remainder for an item or two due to so many people getting beer refills and various appetizers, but its to be expected and is not a chronic problem.

Have not had much else than wings and sides. When we go there, its always basically "unhealthy sports bar food", so I wouldn't expect a nice balanced meal or haute cuisine ;-) More often we just pickup wings to bring home unless there is a game we can't get at home, as atmosphere is 100% sports bar. Its fun to see a big game there and cheer or compete with fans.

Despite having umpteen TV's, as of fall/winter 2015/16, only a few of the screens seem to have crisp, clear pictures. I personally would rather see a few less TV's and better picture quality than just TV's scattered everywhere. Just my 2 cents worth on that part :)

It was pretty good.
