Went here with a co-worker on business for the day. I was skeptical of the chicken in my burrito, but I ate it anyway. My mistake. I am paying for it now. I'm not sure if this is par for the course but I've never experienced anything like this in my 23 years on earth. The infamous Chipotle E.Coli breakout has nothing on this. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I did note that their bathroom was rather clean and the staff was very friendly.

California boy who loves homecooking as authentic as possible. I was apprehensive and stayed away assuming BurritOH was a cheap knock off of another build-your-own-bowl type Mexican restaurant. delightfully surprised... variety is the spice of life... and Tobasco is the sauce i like on my chicken bowl :] ... BurritOh! is dope, don't waste time being scared, it's equal to or better :] ... just watch the lines forming outside.

Uncleanliness and inefficient service is ruining your restaurant and you must not read these reviews and take them to heart so your employees are reflecting your attitude of not caring as well.

It like offvrand chipotle. And honestly it's pretty good. Psst. Get the nachos to go cause then the container is much bigger. Also try the pulled bbq chicken.

Always a FRESH treat! Had family in from out of town that literally raved over it. Customer service always feels personal as well... both addition is sooo comfy

I don't know but that's a hateful bunch you have in there this evening. The young lady running the register was a doll but the two preparing food were short and snappy. Guess I was interrupting their smoke break but between the batted eyes, the slopping of my food in a bowl and the short sarcastic “what do you want†as if I'm running a sprint through the options seemed a little much when we were the only ones in the store. Ownership can do better.

My kids love BurritOh! My review was due to a terrible customer service experience from someone that I don't even think works there anymore. The experience stems from an incident close to closing where even though the door was opened the person behind the counter (still serving customers) told my family the business was closed. Then I perceived this employee to laugh as I turned and walked away. If I'm not mistaken, it was exactly closing time or 1 minute past, and I did not appreciate the perceived laughter especially when the door was open and customers were still being helped - in line.

We liked it for lunch while in working on a local project. Friendly staff. Everybody smiling. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. Over all, I would have lunch there again.

I never write reviews (only good reviews) but our family were beyond impressed with the service, especially from Dynasty Clifton. My uncle had misplaced his wallet (after a wonderful burrito from the establishment) and Ms. Clifton picked it up and turned it into the police station for him to grab. That is excellent customer service right there! Chipotle has nothing on this place with customer service and the food is excellent to boot.
