Good food
We had a great experience at Burtons. The ambiance strikes a nice balance—it can feel upscale or casual, and it’s very kid-friendly. In terms of allergies, they do have thoughtful protocols and options, though it’s worth noting that most of their pastas contain egg. We were able to order the angel hair pasta, and since steaks are cooked on the grill, it was easy to customize a dairy- and egg-free meal.
Our server was exceptionally attentive—she double-checked the pasta options for our son and went out of her way to confirm which ones were safe. We also asked whether the steaks were cooked on a shared cast iron surface, and she confirmed they’re done entirely on the grill, which was reassuring.
Overall, it was a strong experience for managing food allergies. That said, I’d love to see them add a truly vegan pasta and dessert option to round out the menu. As for my steak—it was cooked exactly to my preference, which is rare! And the drinks were generously poured, which was a nice bonus.
This restaurant is a real gem! I have two sons that have Celica's disease. It is very hard to find true gluten free restaurants. From the moment we stepped in, the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about gluten-free options. The menu was extensive, with clearly labeled dishes, and we were able to create a fantastic meal. Even the dessert was a showstopper. The food was flavorful and delicious, and we left feeling satisfied and impressed. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that has Celica's Disease.
Always a solid experience and great options for gluten free or dietary restrictions
Great food and very helpful and informed staff
We had our son's rehearsal dinner here, and it was lovely. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. Jennifer was very kind and attentive. It was a wonderful evening.
Good food but a little pricey!
The food was amazing! We visited during brunch on a Sunday. It wasn't too busy, but we were a little later than a typical brunch rush. I had the California chicken sandwich on the brioche roll with ham and pepperjack. It also has avocado with a spicy sauce. I loved it! The sandwich was served with a large portion of parmesan fries, which were served hot and crispy. When ordering, we were offered a choice of three varieties of the same fry - regular, parmesan regular or sweet potato fries. The parmesan fries hit the spot! My husband had his fries regular & he agreed, the fries are a total hit! Our server was very friendly and attentive. Hubby had the burger with a fried egg on it. That combo has been a long-time fave of mine. It did not disappoint! The burger itself was flavorful and seasoned to perfection. It was juicy and the perfect size for eating in public! The prices were high, but not too much more than neighboring restaurants. The food was great, scenery appealing, the atmosphere was calming, and we left more than full with leftovers!
Excellent service and classy. Rice food
Nice restaurant to stop for a weekend dinner, the staff was extremely nice. A special highlight here for Aliana, who went above and beyond to ensure that my mother and I had a great outing. Her customer service was top notch, her helpful suggestions were taken and appreciated, and she was sure to check in to make sure we were having the best time. You can't do better than personable staff like her! The food was really good as well and came out in good time. Overall, the pricing reflects the elevated menu options, but it is worth a weekend treat or a special event. I would definitely come back and request Aliana by name.

Expensive for steak house. Salad was amazing steak was well cooked bread board was day old dried out and really expensive the key lime pie was huge and not tangy at all.
Nice place for an upscale lunch or casual dinner. Conveniently located near shops.Limited menu and food was good
Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for a server to come and never did. Servers at neighboring tables wouldn’t even make eye contact to ask ! We walked right out.
Food is pretty consistently good here. The tea since the switched is absolutely horrible, please go back to the way you did it before. Waitress we had was okay but should have came by more frequently. During the day from inside looking out it is very bright when facing the windows and makes it appear more darker inside. Overall it's a nice place to eat and usually very busy.
Burgers and sweet potato fries are good. The fries portion is little but tastes good
