We went to Cafe Frank for Restaurant Week and had the pre-fixe, and it was excellent from start to finish. The food is consistently high quality here, and this menu was a great snapshot of what they do. I really hope it brought in some new people because we're lucky to have food like this in town. The service is what really sets it apart. It's polished and right on time, but never stuffy or pretentious. Everyone is friendly and genuinely seems happy you're there. Cassie was our waitress for the third time and she's the best. She's super personable, always a step ahead, and makes the whole night feel easy. We're coming back next week and she agreed to be our server again, which tells you everything. The somm was also great to talk to. Knowledgeable but totally approachable, and really helpful in making sure we picked something that paired well with our meal. I always know my stress levels will be lower walking out than they were walking in. That's not something I can say about some Michelin-style places where the atmosphere can feel a little too serious. Here, you get incredible quality without any of that. Just really good food and really good people.

This was our first time dining at Cafe Frank and we were very impressed. The menu was exceptionally easy to choose from for a diner needing gluten free food and mostly dairy free as well. The food was well prepared and tasted great. Service was pleasant and helpful. We remember what the space looked like when it was an ice cream shop—the transition to a restaurant is wonderful, clean, attractive and nicely reconfigured. We will certainly dine at Cafe Frank again.

What a terrific birthday dinner! Wine, Beet Pave, Beef Tar Tar, Cassoulet, and Duck Confit were all delicious and great comfort food. Yum. Dynamite service all around. Many thanks for another memorable dinner.🍷👍

Super cool vibe place. Meals are very expensive relative to portions and value. It was good, don't get me wrong, but way too expensive for the portions/dishes. Great place for a cocktail though - those are quite expensive, too. If looking to spend this much I personally feel it's better to go to a restaurant that is doing more creative and refined things with their menu.

Great food, ambiance, and service! We always feel like we're getting special attention when we're there. This is our go to spot for special occasions! If you are looking for a cool bistro experience this is the place.

This was our first visit, and we loved it. Everything was perfectly prepared and paired well with recommendations for wines. All of our questions were answered by staff, who were friendly but not overbearing. Ambiance was eclectic and fun! We will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Naihia is the best bartender from VA to Delaware (I checked). The apps were great and the staff was the best!

Nehire was the best bartender I've ever had. From Delaware to Florida no one compets. I'm in Orlando Florida where everyone drinks like a fish but nehire was best thing in my gills.

Great experience the service and food were excellent. Dillion and the team were very attentive. We had the mussels which were fantastic and split Steak Frites which our steak was cooked perfect and fries were really good. Highly recommend really nice decor and good location. Definitely will visit again when in town!

The weather was pleasant so we sat outside. Our waiter, Dillon, offered to turn on the heater, but it was not needed. We highly recommend the crispy mushrooms and their dip; they were the perfect appetizer. I enjoyed my tagliatelle with Brussels sprouts in a delightful cream sauce and my husband said his swordfish was perfectly moist and his side of grilled radicchio was unique but delicious. We enjoyed our food, the people-watching ambiance of the downtown mall and especially Dillon's friendly, efficient service. We hope to return to Cafe Frank.
