I didn't have much expectations when I first into Cava, the only one thinking it was going to be another bowl place with its on niche. I was wrong. The service is spectacular; Go in, get your food at a rapid manner but everything is fresh. I recommend it and will have another bowl again.

Amazing place with amazing people. My fiancé and I stopped in Friday night (10/24) after a long drive from Pittsburgh. It was our first time to Cava. Will was extremely nice and patient while my fiancé viewed the options. Manager Neal was very hospitable throughout our experience. Thank you Will and Neal! I hope you guys dedication doesn’t go unnoticed ❤️

Food is great as always! But, but,... when I declined the bread due to my diet restrictions I said, but you could add more avacado(? In tone). The service guy wuth out saying anything (other than offering me additional cost ideas) added more avocado and then proceeded to charge me for the additional. Grand total $20.10 for one bowl of food and no drink. Also, they only offer plastic utensils as to where Mezeh uses a full re-usable set. Sorry, that's disengenous service and too much for lunch.
This was my first time in a CAVA and a brilliant introduction to the brand. Not sure on the calorie counts, but if true that is the best fast casual meal i have had. I await their expansion out to th midwest and have a great first impression.

Placed a pick up order for my daughter who is a fan of CAVA and this location,
Parking can be challenging with it being tight. The strip has ABC store beside it.
The order was placed in the pick up area. It was ready within 10 minutes. The two staff I interacted with were both helpful and friendly.
Most of the pick ups were UVA students. The dining room was pretty busy and looked clean. Trash containers were within their boundaries.
