I'm very sorry but this was bad from jump. We stopped in for some much needed breakfast and coffee. We tried to go to Villa but the wait was too long and we were starving. We saw this place on Google and gave it a shot. Our coffee mugs were so chipped I really didn't want to drink out of them at all. They were bad but not as bad as our plates that were missing literal chunks of porcelain. I was surprised it didn't cut me. And served atop Charlottesvilles finest China, was the thinnest and most over cooked country ham steak I've ever seen. My eggs were undercooked and runny and cold somehow. The hashbrowns looked the noodles one would find in Campbell's soup except they were drowning in fake butter and also cold. All in all I gave them 2 stars because the poor bus guy was working really hard and got me everything I asked for. I hope they just take these comments and try and invest in new plates and spend some more time working with their cooks.

Over an hour long wait, untoasted bagels, hair in food, incorrect orders, etc. Awful experience, wouldn't give this place another dollar. Very upsetting, have wanted to try this place for years, yet the time I finally take my family there I spend over 50 dollars and wasted half my morning to still not have food and be hungry.

I love this place! Super comfortable, I usually come solo. The gal with red hair and glasses always waits on me and she’s a gem. I’ve had breakfast and a burger from here and both have been awesome! 14/10 would recommend :)

This place is great! Me and 7 friends went here on a sunday after being turned down at several other local restaurants for breakfast. We called ahead and got a table as soon as we got there. There was only 1 waitresss who also handed the register and I assume less then the normal amount of cooks, She never seemed to let to let that bother her. Our food took a little long but with a large party it was to be expected. We couldn't have asked for better service, coffee was refilled without asking and out food was hot and delicious. Thanks again! We will be back.

Took over an hour to get biscuits and gravy, and had a hair in my coffee. People who came in 15 minutes after us got their food 15 minutes before us. Seemed like wait stuff forgot about our table.
