out of the three this one is sub par. the staff is young. but accurate. A strange older male was running around grabbing young pretty girls and waa chanting some chant. one girl bolted away from him and never picked up her order . Then another girl at first acted as she knew him. pulled his mask down and she shoved him away and bolted into belk mens side. and he stood in that spot acting confused for about 5 min. he was shady and with covid you do not grab someonehell with covid don't ever touch anyone without consent. the food was hot 15 min later.

This location has always been top notch for me out of the all the stores in Charlottesville but today they did not live up to my expectations. The signature flavor just wasn't what I was got today. Maybe next time.

A good Chick-fil-A location within Fashion Square Mall as part of the food court. It has lots of counters and service is always quick/good. It feels like it has enough space to be comfortable and the tables right out in front of/around it are good in number. Good place overall.

Wanted to try grilled nuggets.. went to the mall because other locations were too busy...they were good but very small and kind of expensive...I ate a dozen easily..about 1 small bite each..good but wouldn't get them again... employees nice and efficient
