Chick-fil-A used to be accurate when you placed an order. Not anymore. Ordered chicken noodle soup got chicken Tortilla soup the only thing on their menu I hate. Called the restaurant and left a message never called me back. I have gotten salads with no dressing and noUtensils. You pay so much for door dash and then you can’t eat what you paid for. They are right up there with Taco Bell not giving you what your order.

The level of service and attentions to the quality of the food has really dropped at this location. Example: they cook their biscuits in bulk and set them in a steam cabinet, when asked can I get it well done meaning just put back in the oven, “they’re no longer able to do it.” No one in line. Early morning and they couldn’t accommodate. In fact I was laughed at saying it wouldn’t be soggy. I would really like to know how dough sitting in steam wouldn’t be soggy. Real shame I can’t get a good breakfast even using my own time to wait2nd review. So now a new policy on Fridays and Saturdays they don’t do lunch filets for breakfast. Yesterday they could. Today they couldn’t at 6:17am with two people in line. I don’t see why anyone would come here anymore when you could go up the street and have it anyway you ask for like chic fil a is known for

This chick fil a is located at barracks rd shopping ctr . Parking is ok . They have typical 2 lane drive thru . They’re usually efficient & pleasant. However .. the flavor of the chick fil a sandwich is best at the RT29 n location next to LOWES . & don’t forget to order the seasonal shakes when they have them !!!
Very bad customer service. And when it’s brought to the management of the store locations attention they will debate you tooth and mail instead of correcting the issue as simple as it can be. Manger to higher upper management have a very poor customer service system in place. They should benefit from more coaching and guidance on speaking with customers and correcting simple issues.Especially saying “ if I do it for you I have to do it for everybody” and then proceed to talk over you instead of listen to you.This location Drive through will rush you through instead of taking time to answer a simple question on if a certain condiment is in the bag. Get your food thst you pay good lineup for and the simple condiments ……aren’t in bag.I have been a custom tee of chil fil a since the 1st one came to Charlottesville and I have NEVER had ANY issue and rudeness as I have experienced with this Barracks Road Location.SC.

I go to this location almost every weekday. They always have immaculate customer service: dispite how busy they are, the drive through is always quick, everyone is very polite even if there is an issue, and I have never received anything incorrectly made. The food is consistently very tasty (the pimento sandwich is really good (I don't even really like pimento cheese!), and I hope it stays on the menu.It really sucks that there are some bad reviews left by grumpy people who received their order incorrect, because for a fast food restaurant, they are very good at making sure people receive their orders correctly and, with my experience, the staff will happily fix any mistake.Parking: Large parking lot with many spaces. Wheelchair parking right next to the building. Drive through line has planty of room even during rush hour.

This location is fairly new. I use the duel drive thru. It has been quick on my visits. I normally do breakfast. I have to remember to tell them to add the cream and sweetener to my coffee. Otherwise, I have to pull over when I exit and do it myself.

I literally put on the app that I wanted a hot grilled chicken market salad with corn added to it. I end up getting cold grilled chicken, and on top of that they gave me beans which I did not ask for. It even says on the receipt that I got hot grilled chicken with no addition of beans. My pictures will be attached to this review. All I’m looking for is like a refund or anything that can satisfy because I came 1hr and 20 minutes before them closing. I called several times before they closed, but no one was picking up. I have to now separate the beans and warm my chicken up?.
