This seems to be the new normal….the serving size of the chicken was only a half scoop. I remember when Chipotle seemed to take pride in offering full servings.Also, the employee didn’t seem friendly and didn’t seem to enjoy her job.

I ordered a bowl along with a side of sour cream and Queso. I was shocked to find that the side of Queso i had paid for wasn’t even filled halfway in the container. I am very much disappointed i didn’t get the portion size that i paid for.

Location: 2040 Abbey Rd Charlottesville, VAIt was Tuesday February 20 at 7:30 PM. When I walked into the restaurant there were signs posted that there was no guacamole for the rest of today. I ordered a chicken bowl, and there was no corn, no diced tomatoes. The server apologized but didn't try to make any accommodations for not having the ingredients. It was over two hours before they closed, and No one on the staff attempted to refill the items on the line. I find that to be unacceptable. I was in the same restaurant last week at opening time and had to wait twenty minutes before the items on the line was set up.
I have been seeing the commercial for the new Carne Asada Steak bowl. I was so excited to finally go there to get one. When I asked for it the waiter looked behind him like he was looking for the steak and looks back at me and started my bowl just using the regular steak. This steak was tough and I certainly did not get the bowl I went there for.

This location doesn’t advertise this online but they only do mobile orders after 8 pm. I drove 20 minutes home to find that my bowl only had 3 out of the 11 ingredients I ordered. They left out everything I paid for aside from the protein, cheese, and rice. I tried calling, no one answered. I won’t do this location for pick up again, it wasn’t busy for my order to be that messed up.

The second I stepped in the worker screamed across the restaurant asking me what I wanted to order despite the obvious fact that I had a sleeping baby on my shoulder and hadn’t even fully closed the door yet from walking in. As I walked up to the counter, him and all his co workers were laughing as he said “hey let’s get them in and get them out” so I ordered quickly, ate quicker, and left. I also paid in cash and accidentally handed the cashier three 5’s instead of two 5’s and a 10 which I had a hard time finding with my son on me, but instead of explaining that - he just looked at me cold and said this is 15 over and over like I was stupid until I figured out what he was saying and got the correct dollar bill. it is not easy to go out in public with a young child alone already and this experience made it that much more difficult. Won’t ever come back to this location. Very uncomfortable, very rude and immature staff.

The floors and tables were filthy with food. When telling this to the manager, his excuse was “ I just got here at 3pm.” It was 4:24pm when I spoke to him. Before I spoke to him I sat there eating and there were very few customers as he stood behind the counter doing nothing, same for one other employee. Oct 22, 2023 order #: 266 4:16 pm
