The team was super crazed on their BOGO day in December but I found that they really tried to get everything right, they were patient and while things were a bit messier, when I made small talk the staff was friendly and willing to overlook a mistake I Made with the coupon deal. Thanks!

This was the most disgusting Chipotle I have ever been to in my life. There was food caked all over the assembly line, on the floor behind the counter…They were out of veggies, cheese, guac, and I got the last couple pieces of lettuce. It was also completely cold and inedible. Threw 2 bowls straight in the trash 🤮

Visit from 12/7/25...walked in and they were not busy at all, no line at all. Food serving area was gross like it hadn't been cleaned all day, EVERY single table was dirty with food, receipts, napkins, the floor was very messy. We used to love this Chipotle but it has gone to the dogs.

For some reason they are unable to open at 10:45 AM, as posted. Just change the time to 11 AM if you are not open at 10:45 AM.

Trust other reviews . Worst chipotle in Charlottesville. Should probably be shut down, but unfortunately get too much business . Roaches spotted on floor. Lazy, nasty workers . And food has been low tier quality compared to other locations in town . Go to CAVA or somewhere else . Not worth your patience or health for that matter

The place was dirty, had no forks, and on top of that I got charged for extra chicken ($3) on my quesadilla when I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR IT! Like bruh.

I have no idea what they put in my order but it’s not at all what I ordered. I ordered steak and received some weird orange gunk covered white meat- they didn’t add the salsas I asked for but did add toppings that I did not order. Not at all what I asked for or paid for. Why did you substitute my protein for a lesser costing protein without telling me? The combo of flavors you decided to randomly throw together tastes bad.

Food and trays on the floor @ the register No ice 2 of the 4 tea/lemonades were completely empty. No clean tables and food crumbs under each table.. No steak and I could wait 10 minutes for it to be sliced... this was at dinner time. pretty poor chipotle experience with everyone there just to milk the clock

This was the saddest chipotle I’ve gotten.. They didn’t have brown rice, lettuce, fajitas, carne asada, salad dressing, and hot /bbq tabasco sauce. I ended up getting some rice after some wait, asked for extra but the server hardly gave me any extra.

This Chipotle’s is the one closest to my mom’s. In past they often ran out of fajita veggies, but these days better managed. Staff has always been super sweet. Never stay to eat there so not sure about atmosphere—I always prefer garden spaces outside with trees for shade. Hard to offer that in that location.
