food is good. service omg the workers don't even hide the fact they hate their job. one lady barely put half a scoop of chicken in my burrito and when i asked for more she like put a couple pieces. Like what is that? Im disappointed and I love chipotle.

Often out of stuff, long lines, overcrowded, and occasionally get a rude employee.

Asked the young gentleman with lion tattoo on his arm for half steak and half chicken, he proceeds to skimp on the half chicken and to top it off, since they were running out of steak, he scoops the last 4 minuscule pieces of steak left in the container and puts it on my bowl and passes it along to the next person as if everything is normal. I was so surprised I thought he would get a new steak container and give me some more, but no, I got a half portion of chicken with 4 pieces of steak. Thank goodness, the lady next to him accommodated me, but that gentleman is a shame to all chipotle employees. I think he should be retrained or fired. I don't get why people like him are so stingy, acting like it comes out of his paycheck. Next time I will be recording my experience to make sure I don't get skimped again.

Extraordinarily fun experience yesterday. Ordered via Uber Eats: burrito bowl, burrito, extra tortilla, and 4 side orders of chips and salsa. Scheduled delivery for 6-6:30. All excited because my "order" arrived at 6. Driver hands me the bag which is as light as a feather and I'm like, is this a joke? Do you have a second bag? What I received was a single bag of chips, 1 container of salsa, and the single extra tortilla. Driver said that is what the store gave me. How can you possibly get an entire order THIS wrong? The order is literally stapled to the side of the bag!! I've never paid $65 for a side of chips and 1 ($0.65) tortilla before, but there is a first for everything I suppose.

Ok, so after having to square this away with Uber Eats, placed a new second order for just the burrito and burrito bowl (this time it's totally on me, I should have just called it quits after the first time went miserably wrong and knowing previous orders have been not 100% either, but I did not have a good dinner option and had promised the kiddo Chipotle - I should definitely have done something else in hindsight), an hour and a half after the originally scheduled time, I finally get the burrito bowl and burrito. I tried to call the restaurant to ask they ensure that the order is correct this time since this is take 2, but you literally cannot talk to a human being when you call the store. If the first order didn't teach me anything, I most certainly should have cancelled the second order at this point. I paid extra for guac - I didn't get any guac, also missing sour cream, burrito was not double wrapped though I paid for that too, there was not much meat in/on either, and just generally, the portion size was much smaller than it has been in orders prior. Like, do you not have any quality control?

Suffice it to say, lesson learned and no more trips to/orders from this restaurant going forward after last night. I'm hoping there's a lesson learned on your end as well.

If I could give no stars I would.. I was in the middle of ordering a burrito and a roach crawled across the food options. I stopped what I was doing and looked at the worker who didn’t at all seem to mind as she made eye contact with the roach as well. Like???? I just walked out bc yall on some other stuff if you think I’m gonna order a roach burrito 🪳

This Chipotle is a disaster. It is, without fail, a filthy mess on the inside with food and garbage on all of the tables and on the floor. My friend and I both got food poisoning after eating here two days ago. Do not go to this Chipotle!

Ordered pick up twice months apart and they messed up my order both times

While chipotle has been one of my favorite spots to eat at, it kills me that people act like it's a crime to ask for or to even expect that the bar be somewhat clean when making a patrons food. All types of food, sauces, etc all over the counter and you just DRAG my new burrito over all that mess. Mind you the foil isn't protecting my burrito as some of my burrito ends up under the lip of the metal dish. And when you ask to wipe it, they want to roll their eyes and act like I've asked them for the most when I just want to have a beat and decent burrito.

The rice is almost always severely undercooked at this location. Who really wants hard rice? You know how you know that you shouldn't do something but end up doing it anyways and instantly regretting it? Delivery, don't mess up and have it delivered because it's even worse.... they will only give you a spoonful of the hard rice even when the option for extra rice was checked but I guess that's a good thing since the rice sucks. The portion size is childlike for everything that they serve. This isn't a problem at any other Chipotle location anywhere.

I don't know how this place is still open. The food is disgusting and the service is horrible. I ordered a bowl with chips and queso, they literally only gave me 3 pieces of meat. I couldn't believe it so I started counting! Not only that they gave me dry queso with chips that was stale af and salty. And the queso was cold. Then they didn't even include any utensils or napkins in my order. Like how am I supposed to eat out a bowl? With my hands??? It's like this place is not even trying. Long story short AVOID this place!
