This location is pretty nasty and employees are incredibly rude ! Today the guy refused to give rice to everyone who asked… not only that when the rice falls off the tortilla he just scoops it back even if it has touched their dirty surface ! Every single experience I’ve had at this location has been awful.
The portion sizes me and my wife got for pick up is ridiculously small.

Terrible experience for lunch today. Admittedly I don’t go to chipotle that often but I knew what I wanted. I ordered a burrito. The lady started warming up the tortilla and then asked me what I wanted in it. She piled the ingredients in a bowl as she asked me But the ingredients never ended up in my burrito. I was handed a bowl and a warmed up tortilla on the side. Of course I didn’t pay for the tortilla. I kept the bowl after all but there was way too much sour cream. Not talking a dollop but a cup. I scooped a bunch off and ate it because I was in a rush but turned off from chipotle for a while. Definitely wouldn’t go back here to this location.

Placed mobile order at 5:00 to be picked up at 6:40, arrived at 6:50 and there was a line for mobile order pickups. They did not start making order until 7:10. My friends and I did not get our orders until 7:20. What is the point of having mobile order pickups if they do not make your food until you are in the door? Might as well have waited in line. Terrible service, terrible management. Should have gone to Chick-fil-A

Every single GD time I go here it’s always something. Last time, woman at the counter nickel and dimed me over an extra tortilla AFTER I HAD PAID. IT WAS $.43. Today, at 3pm, girl tells me they are out of queso. I say “for the whole day?” And she says no just right now. Doesn’t make a single iota of an effort to go find more. Told her to scrap my order and got upset with me for it. Worst chipotle ever plus also the portioning sucks. One scoop of rice? Main st from now on. Even that one isn’t much better.
