Chipotle Mexican Grill

The worst Chipotle food I've had in a while . The chips were soggy, the fajitas weren't cut well -bottoms of bell peppers in my bowl, staff on their phone with gloves on and reusing the same gloves to serve. Everything tasted bland and chicken was over cooked. I couldn't finish my meal. ):

Last time I am going to this Chipotle!! The restaurant was a mess! Food all over the prep surfaces. Tables a mess. Drinks and trash scattered where the drinks should be set up for customers. I asked for a side of sour cream and the staff picked up stray food with the sour cream and put it in the container! She looked at me like I was crazy when I went to stay something. How is that ok? I should have read the reviews before going!! I even complained to the manager and he was making excuses for the mess. It was just gross. Avoid this place.

Ordered 3 bowls extra portion of meats and they were barely even half a portion!! Unbelievable!!

My second time having a really disappoint experience at this Chipotle. A fairly long line to the protein section which was out of every type of protein, but one. (This was at 7PM). They only had large size chips. I don’t really understand how you can run out of other sizes of chips, can’t you just divide the bag in half? The cashier then could not provide a receipt. They charged me $19.16 for a chicken bowl and large chips, when he rang it up again, it was several dollars less, but then again, he could not tell me what he charged me originally nor was he able to print out a receipt. To end it off, they were out of all types of silverware. I chips were also mighty stale. They seem to have literally messed up every possible part of the experience. I would not have come back here unless a friend from out-of-town insisted ongoing, but now I have been overcharged and underserved.

I was absolutely starving and thought I would get a burrito chips and salsa. I found that half of my lettuce was completely rotten and stiff and my burrito was completely cold despite ordering it literally 5 minutes beforehand. I don't even know how that's humanly possible. Although there was no weight and I got everything that I technically ordered. It was such low quality. I don't think I'm coming back

Some of the worst food I've ever had from a chipotle and worst service I've ever experienced. Older african american gentleman absolutely screamed at me for asking for a side and refused to give me extra cheese( which is free). Portions were substandard, food was cold, and guac was brown in the tub. Staff should be ashamed of themselves, this location needs to be shut down,

Ordered grub hub, receipt said soft tortilla tacos and received hard shells. Not sure what’s going on but it isn’t my first bad experience ordering delivery

Got called a snob here

While at Chipotle on university avenue in Charlottesville, I ordered a quesadilla for two 8 year olds, but it was served burnt!! Despite explaining it’s for kids, they appeared indifferent, and my complaint led a young man to call me a “snob” and suggest I am an elitist. He was like “he’s an elitist, I can tell.” Waht a crazy comment! I am simply a regular guy wanting quality food for my kids. They argued that all their quesadilla were dark brown, but I could clearly smell a burnt odor. I seriously think something’s got to be very wrong with you to see children’s smiling faces looking up at you excited to have your food, and you give them some burnt crap not fit for a dog!!!

This has got to be the most disgusting looking guac I’ve ever gotten from a Chipotle ever.
