Worst customer service I have ever seen. An employee, who claimed to be the manager, refused to give me and my friends lettuce, sauce, and guacamole when all 3 were readily available to get on our bowls. This employee proceeded to scream, scold, and cuss at us about various things ranging from we don't understand business to he doesn't have time to get those items for us. Never spending money at this location ever again, by far the rudest, most incompetent staff I've ever seen. The other customers were shocked at the amount of rage, attitude, and curse words this employee directed at us for asking if they had lettuce and vinaigrette. I would give a negative star rating if I could. Don't waste your money here.

Ordered delivery online. Chipotle was over an hour late preparing food. When the order did arrive, it was wrong (no salsa, white rice instead of brown, wrong protein, etc.).

2/28/24 employee making the bowls could not look any more annoyed. Didn’t have around 60% of the ingredients and yet she seemed bothered to serve what little they had.Chipotle has been on the come down but this employee in specific was the worst one I’ve experienced so far.

I thought the chipotle on Emmet st was the worst chipotle in America, but this location has managed to outdo them. Portion sizes are smaller than kids' portions, miserable employees, and always out of food. Sad that this spot on the corner was given to a national chain, and this is what they've done with it.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever had. The barbacoa was actually inedible and essentially just a giant piece of fat. When you consider it's $15 for a bowl - I can think of a few places I'd rather spend my money. Unfortunately, this location has made me decide to never go to another Chipotle again.

The food was the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had. The meats were all overcooked and my husband bit into a chicken bone. We ordered a side of guacamole and chips to go. I didn’t look at the guacamole closely in the store but should have - it was brown… It looked like it was days old. There was nothing fresh about the food. The kids working there were nice and friendly, but clearly lacked some leadership and oversight to ensure the quality of the food was good. I won’t be back.

I recently had a meal at Chipotle, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed. The whole experience left a lot to be desired.Firstly, the service was incredibly slow. I waited in line for what felt like an eternity, only to have my order taken by an uninterested staff member who seemed more focused on their phone than my order.Secondly, the food quality was subpar. The rice was dry, the beans were undercooked, and the vegetables seemed stale. It was evident that the ingredients lacked freshness and flavor, making the overall dish taste bland and unappetizing.Furthermore, the portion sizes were inconsistent. Some items were served in generous portions, while others were measly, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and cheated, especially considering the high prices they charge.Lastly, the cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable. Tables were dirty, and the overall ambiance was far from inviting.All in all, my experience at Chipotle was a letdown. I had expected a tasty, quick meal but ended up with a lackluster, unappetizing experience. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

ordered a quesadilla online. only got 2/3 of the sides. ordered guac and chips. just got chips. They didn’t even bother to cut it in half. I was charged for everything I didn’t get. I despise this establishment. Heinous.

It I could give zero stars I would. I have tried to do delivery from the website from this location since it is the closest. I ordered on Sunday and my order was in the bag I open it up after the driver is gone and I have someone else’s food. Try to call and you have to go online and you have to chat with pepper. Pepper does give me a voucher. Can not reach a live representative. On Friday at work we decide to try to order again, place the order and it say’s delivered then I open the bag only to discover I have someone else’s order not mine. Again try to call to complain can not get someone. I select store pick up no answer and can not reach a representative I leave a message and haven’t gotten a call back. Once again I have to chat with pepper. Chat with pepper is unacceptable it is not able to resolve the issue.I could not eat what was delivered I was out of $45 and no lunch.I enjoy Chipotle’s food but am very disappointed and not sure I will go back after this.
