Placed an order online for a Veggie Bowl and a Chicken Quesadilla, they got the quesadilla right but completely messed up the Veggie bowl! I received a chicken bowl with cheese and sour cream, the person I ordered for has a dairy allergy so definitely couldn't eat that.
Very simple order messed up

I admire chipotle for consistency and its my go to food option. However this location was just awful. Every single seat was dirty with food all over. I would understand if it was busy but there were no-one in the store either. I then took my food and ate in the car. Dirtiest chipotle ever!

Walked in, got to the service line, and was served by a man who looked very displeased to be working. Apparently he took his frustration out on my meal, since he filled my bowl much less than halfway. I believe I got four pieces of steak, three pieces of fajita veggies, and overall tiny portions for my whole order. All this, and I was charged the standard 13 dollars for a quarter of the average portion. Thanks Chipotle!

Usually have a good experience but this last time they gave my pick up order to someone else and I had to wait 20 minutes in line for it to be remade.

This is probably the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The people working there always look mad, like you are disturbing them for coming into the store. They've also never gotten my order right.

I usually love this chipotle but this time I went and an older lady with glasses was serving me and she gave me half a scoop of rice and when I asked for some more she rolled her eyes. They were out of chicken and steak and their sour cream was super runny. The people in front of me and a group of people sitting down also complained about the portions she was serving. Finally, I get home and go to eat my chipotle and she didn't even put the lid on. Rude lady. Further more, when I got home, the steak was burnt and flavorless!

I really do love Chipotle, but the Hollymead location has been a letdown. Almost every order I’ve placed here has had an issue, either the order is wrong, or the quality isn’t up to par. I’ve even had rice that wasn’t fully cooked. Disappointing for a place I usually enjoy.

My 2 photos are: 1) what I ordered and 2) what I received. No lettuce 🥬 in the salad! The drive-thru line was long and slow and inside looked the same. On my receipt, there was a website address for comments on your order. I tried to use it to express my issue and the website was terrible. I could not even submit the details of my experience. Sad. I used to really enjoy Chipotle.

I got chips and queso. The chips were stale. Sitting in paper bags all day may not be a good idea.

Horrible. Worst Chipotle we have EVER visited. Small portions, onion skins in fajita mix, bone fragments, very large piece (2 x 3 inch, if not larger) of fat in the barbacoa, plus smaller pieces of fat, almost no meat after removing the fat. Mixed up the toppings on 2 burrito bowls. Stay away! Don't go here.
It has become obvious that no one at this restaurant cares about service, quality or negative reviews. No one took the time to respond or reach out in any way. Chipotle district/regional managers need to clean this place up and hire decent staff.

In their pickup line, they need to tell people to pull forward if their food isn't ready or go back around. What is the point of a pickup time if people will sit at the window for 10+ minutes holding up the whole line. Routinely (>50%) have to get out of the car to go inside to pickup because people just sit in the line.
