This is the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to! Trash everywhere in the kitchen food flung all over the counter. This place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week it’s so bad the windows in the front of the building are dirty

Very busy location. Stood in line for a good 20 minutes. luckily the food was all fresh and absolutely delicious, Would highly recommend any of the protein bowls as they are very delicious and filling. Can be a but pricey depending on how much you add in the bowl so just be mindful when selecting items. Staff was courteous and helpful. 8/10 Will definitely come back.

Made an online order to be ready by 5pm. Its now 5:27 my order still hasn't even been made at this point. All the staff completely nonchalant in trying to orders completed 4 people in total. Should be atleast 6. Store is filthy. Person working togo completely looking lost. Will be my last time at this location. Bet that!

Most Chipotle locations I've been to have been great, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a burrito, and when the time came for it to be rolled up, the lady making it made no attempt to actually roll it up neatly. She also did a poor job warrapping it in foil, leaving spots exposed. When I unwrapped it, I saw that it was leaking out of one end. When I attempted to eat it, it started to unravel and fall apart. I had to ask for an empty bowl to dump it into so I could eat it without making a mess.
To add to that, most of the surfaces inside the restaurant were dirty, the trash cans overflowing, and parts of the floor desperately needed to be swept.
You'd be better off driving across town to the Barracks Road location than eating here.

This location is consistently disappointing. It honestly doesn’t matter what time of day you go they are always out of something. How does a restaurant repeatedly run out of core ingredients? Poor management, not bad luck.

The portions are another issue. They are noticeably smaller than other Chipotle locations, and if you politely ask for a fair serving, you’re met with attitude. It shouldn’t feel uncomfortable to ask for the portion you’re paying for.

Ordering pickup through the drive-thru? Even worse. Expect your bowl/burrito to be noticeably underfilled. It’s frustrating to pay full price and feel like you’re getting half a meal.

There are a couple employees who clearly care and do their best, and I truly appreciate them. But overall, this store needs a serious reset better management , better inventory control, and better customer service standards. Until that happens, I’ll be driving to another location. It’s 2026. Do better.

I normally don’t love going to chipotle because the works are rude but this one is very different they are always very nice and helpful especially the girl with bright green hair and blue tips i come in regularly and she is always very sweet!!

I have given this place so many chances. I was very excited when I learned a chipotle was opening near me. Every single time I have gone (5/6 times), my order has been messed up. I am not exaggerating for dramatic effect. It really has been every single time. Missing items (like chips or guacamole), missing entire entrees and having to deal with an obnoxiously long phone prompt to get help, and tonight there was no salsa with my meal (a chicken quesadilla - the simplest item possible). This is only a few examples. Not a single time has my order been correct.

Thought it would be convenient to have a chipotle near our house but this one is failing miserably. This is not the staffs fault - they are super understaffed. Takes so long whether you dine in or order pick up because they are scrambling to cook ingredients and keep up with orders. We will stop coming here because not worth having to wait so long. Whoever is the owner or the manager needs to hire more people before this location fails.

Never any meat cooked even at 6:30 prime dinner time. Nobody seems to know what’s going on. Had a guy roll his eyes and throw his head back because I said I have 5 orders. Told him we had 3 kids at home and needed to get dinner. Nobody knows what they’re doing. No customer service knowledge in the building whatsoever.
