Chopan Kabob Express

I am have tried various authentic Afghan dishes and i can say there is nothing of Afghan in it. Got disappointed with how expensive it is and how terrible it tastes.

We waited for almost 40 min until our food came, but when it did, I was good, very well seasoned, and tender, besides that, they have a floor sitting area it give the mother land vibes. My only problem was it took to long for the food to be ready

The food was delicious Qabuli palow and the flavors were spot on. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was attentive and friendly, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Afghani Food.

The food was ok. The lamb was seasoned exceptionally well but a little dry. The price, and the menu makes it a little tricky to tell how much food you are getting. I was unsure if it was family style or individual servings. It seems to be somewhere in the middle. Not at all busy when I went. I loved the music videos from other countries.

This is a great restaurant to have delicious food. We ordered Qabuli Palow and Mixed Lamb and Chicken Kabob Combo. Both dishes were very tasty with good portion. The sides were good as well. We would absolutely come back if we are in the area. If you are visiting Shenandoah, drive a little more and get to this place to have food. We were very happy to see that the restaurant was full. I wish their business flourish more and they extend their space to cater more people. And hope they keep the chef who prepares such tasty food and ensure this passes on to the next chef as a skill.
