I eat at a few Chopt locations regularly, and while they never let me down, the Charlottesville store is always a notch above. The staff is enthusiastic, super helpful, patient, and personal yet professional. Always willing to go the extra mile. The restaurant itself is incredibly clean, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Be sure to check out their 3-month rotation of Limited Time specials. So unique and creative. 170000/10

Without me even having to ask, Fern went above and beyond by heading to the back to make a fresh batch specifically for my order.
