Michael waved his magic wand and whipped up an amazing Cobb salad. This place is my go-to when visiting CHO. There are lots of choices at Barracks Road but let’s be real- you should be eating healthier, and these guys will hook you up.

Nice workers, ingredients were fresh, and a clean store. As far as salads go, this was a good salad, not a great salad. But it was good! I did love their options for toppings, but the dressings could be better.Would recommend tho.
Megan is the best salad creator!The food is always good regardless who makes it but Megan has the magic touch.Highly recommend this place to anyone who want great food. Also restaurant is always a clean and the staff is very helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

The guy making my salad was rude & not helpful. 1st time there & so I thought it was like chipotle add all the ingredients you want, well $23 later I said wow & the guy proceeded to say I couldn’t believe you got all those ingredients, I said you could’ve said something & he said it says it on the sign that is 10ft tall. I said never again & then he walked away & I had to ask the. Ice lady for my cup. I even tipped him $2, felt bad for his attitude. I will never go back.

Not my first time at CHOPT in Charlottesville, VA but this time was more memorable as I was truly amazed with Jalen (hope I heard him pronounce his name correctly), my salad Chef! He was kind and patient with me and helped me choose the perfect dressing for my salad. The food was great, but the service was outstanding!Well done Chopt! He’s a keeper.Thank you Jalen! I cannot wait to come back again. :)
1st time at Chopt and probably my last. I ordered the classic Cobb salad. Comes with romaine lettuce and ranch dressing. I am not a fan of romaine but figured how bad would it be. The ratio of lettuce to the other ingredients was way out of proportion. I had to search the salad to even find the miniscule pieces of chicken and the hard boiled eggs were just teeny-tiny. The dressing had no flavor. The overall salad was blandI do not recommend this salad choice. ?

Ordered via Uber Eats, was fairly happy to recieve my order promptly. Went to bite into a piece of chicken in my ceasar salad and it was completely frozen. Tested other pieces and they were still frozen too. Very disappointing.

Had to post this review because of the above and beyond service we get from Megan! She isnincredible and has been taking care of our family's dinners ever since the pandemic started . I'm immunocompromised and was not able to come into the store for almost 3 years . Megan always made sure to help keep me safe and surprise us with treats along the way with most every order we placed . To this day I only go into Chopt now she is working.. she is an amazing employee and Chopt is very fortunate to have her!

I work in the center and probably eat here once a week. The app allows me to place my order and pick up without waiting in line. In a time when finding staff is challenging at best, this team continues to persevere and still provide a nutritious way to eat during the lunch crunch.
