i came here in october and asked for 2 straw-bannana smoothies and this bery yound lady made them and they where chunky and not mixed right. i asked her to remake them she said that the mixer was broke and she couldnt do anything about it but made everyone elses blueberry smoothies perfectly fine. i asked for a refund she said she was getting off in a few minutes and would leave a note for her manager and i never received my money back till this day. i do not recommend this place for anybody!

Really great cake had it ready in less than 24 hours customized for pick up. 4 stars though because the teenager who answered was unsure about everything I asked and I had to tell her to keep it refrigerated even though it was a cake with ice cream layered into it. Also very expensive and couldn't do delivery. But very good if you do not care about price. $30 for an 8" cake.

Stoped in to grab a cone. Normally I have great experience. Not this time. Felt like I was a bother. There were two people behind the counter one didn’t even look like he worked there. I asked for a waffle cone. What I got was the cone that didn’t get rolled up properly. I had a hard time eating it. The never asked me what size of ice cream I wanted. Just gave me lot. My ice cream was $12 last time I came in it cost me $7. All together just disappointing.

Ice cream is great! Caitlin and Isaac specifically Isaac not so much! As long as you aren’t black Isaac will speak to you. I’m sure it’ll be covered up now that I’m being public but be careful when issac is on duty if you’re black! Again great ice cream! Looking forward to coming back when Isaac is no longer employed there!

While Cold Stone has amazing ice cream, they close early randomly and you never know their true hours. I looked online and it said 10 pm closing time on a Saturday. I arrive at the store at 9:23 pm and they said they were closed. When my husband said that the store hours online and on the door say 10 pm, the girl behind the counter said “I’m sorry but we’re closed.” Either fix your hours online and on the door or stay open for the time that’s on the door and online. I was disappointed that I could not have one of my favorite treats and I do not encourage anyone to go there an hour or two before closing time online.

The ice is fine but the employees are rood and didn't ask for my order and sent me to the sack of the line! The second time they asked me. Do not send kids here unsupervised if they're under 10.

I didn't know that flavored ice cream has only rare pieces of candy that is listed in the name of the flavor. I bought Resse's Cup chocolate ice cream. No pieces of Reese's Cup candy until halfway through and they were tiny. I've been didn't taste very good either. Threw away most of it. Two medium sized ice creams cost over $13.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Mediocre ice cream at best, and that's being very generous. Inconsistent from branch to branch. I asked for one thing and they give me another, the price is always different, and their mostly-teen-staff needs an attitude adjustment, maybe some practice talking to customers the right way. Last time I went in I threw my ice cream out, I couldn't even eat it. They chopped the crap up to disguise the fact that they do not use hardly any toppings. Ask for a brownie sundae can you get a 1 x 1" chunk at one branch, and three chunks at another. Total waste of money, make your own at home. The kids get hooked unfortunately and the parents are gouged. If you want to spend a ton of money on ice-cream, take the kids to Splendora. That's what gourmet ice-cream is all about.

If you have nut allergies stay away. Even tho they say that it doesn't contain it... they still just put in the slab without cleaning it where the nuts were. Food thing I didn't serve my sister any

I ordered a cake online for my boyfriend and had a great experience! The contactless delivery was right on time and I was promptly notified via phone call and text. The writing on the cake was done exactly the way I had requested, and my boyfriend said it was delicious!

I ordered ice cream cupcakes to bring to the office for my husbands birthday- the ordering was customizable, easy, and the lady who helped me on the phone and in person when I picked them up was so patient and friendly. The cupcakes were delicious and a big hit at the office. Thank you Coldstone!
