Brightside hosted our wedding after party and it was an absolute stellar place for a private event! Dex, Rachel, and Daisy made the night easy with zero-stress, and tons of fun! They were organized and ready for our huge group. We got to play our own music and our guests loved the late night wings and french fry bar! I would recommend Brightside to anyone looking for a late night private event! We packed the upstairs bar and had a wonderful time. Can’t thank the team enough for all their hard work. It was a memorable part of our wedding weekend!

We went on a Tuesday evening and service was slow. That was only due to one person serving and bartending. He was kind and attentive. Our food was hot and delicious. Great value for the portions. Not a bad thing to say other than just a bit understaffed. I gave service 5 stars because the server was hustling to take care of all the customers the best he could.

A few years back when this place opened it was the place to be. Their service was amazing, and their happy hour wings kept me coming back every weekend. Lately, their service has been abysmal and the food quality has taken a turn for the worst. The service team is often understaffed and seems very inexperienced. They also are unaware when big NFL, NBA, or NCAA games are on and will often show things the bartenders want to watch (Cats & Dogs).
