My experience with this Domino's was much better than other stores I've had experiences with and I've had a lot of Domino's orders due to my job. Food came faster than expected, and the food itself was better than most other Domino's . This is just my experience. YMMV

Was very surprised that in a 3 week span the warmer that holds pizzas already paid for to allow u to skip the waiting and just grab ur food was still not working and I had to wait! About 10 minutes the last time bc it took 4 people to figure out why an order was skipped which left myself and 2 other inside customers standing and waiting! Plus app no longer has options to add extras to certain items (Philly sub for example- no where to add extra meat)

We are in the hospital with our son andGot a 50$ order delivered. The pizza was folded over on itself like it was boxed wrong. It was also not the cheese that was ordered. The sandwich was not top and bottom but side by side with the fixes all over the place. For a 20$ delivery fee thos place isn't worth it.

This is the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my whole life and in the whole America doesn’t comes with ketchup
Literally just ordered store #4243 I’m glad I was here to glance at pizza before driving off. 2nd time our thin crust was burnt. Took back inside opened the box and the guy at the counter who clearly was frustrated said “What’s wrong with it?” Picked up tongs and said “ It’s not burnt on the bottom it’s gonna come out like this every time” I politely told him please check out history we order the same thing every time it doesn’t be burnt like this only this time and the last and the last time was WAY worst. Shockingly his next response was “ Well she made it and pointed to the manger”. Followed by “ So what would you like me to do?” The manger seemly busy stopped what she was doing and stepped over looked at the pizza and said” I apologize I don’t know WHY our oven has been BURNING. the thin crust like this our General Manger is on His way’” At this point from my guys response I feel like I need to watch my food be if they can 🙄 First when going back into any establishment concerning your order that you paid your hard earned money for one should never feel like they are wrong or someone might do something to your food 😩 I say alllll that to say if your grabbing something for lunch it might be better just to pack at least you know what your getting and if you don’t like it be mad at yourself. Honestly customer service goes a long way. Bad customer service really sucks

The worst!!!! The manager Ben was horrible.. we had delivery. Said it was delivered couldn’t find it called the store and was told they forgot the drinks ok cool food shows up eight minutes later and opening the box the pizza looked like it had been dropped multiple times. Call the store again the manager Ben was no apologetic at all explain the situation and was told you can bring it back if you would like. Get there still no apologies asked for the corporate number his (BEN) words were I don’t know that number!!!!!! Fifth Street location used to be my go to all the time for the kids! I have Never experienced this before ….. The manager Ben is Rude… 5 street location will never get anymore of my money!

Used to be a pizza hut girl, but cville apparently isn't much on them, so we have come to love dominos. They have better topping choices and usually decent coupons so more bang for your buck. We also like all the different sauce options on pizza. Yummy sandwiches and desserts. And can be used with the upside app to earn money back, that's always a plus.
