Been waiting for my pizza , hanging in prep stage for 40 minutes. Busy butt… come on, have very hungry grandchildren in car waiting, maybe you know what that’s like??!!!!

I came in and Brandt was training 2 people. I was impressed he was able to take my order and train both people. I was even more surprised when my order was done because it was out way sooner then i expected with how busy they were. Great food and great people.

Food was good but the we were made to grab our own plates out of a torn packaging on the counter.(which who knows how many customers hands have been in it) The manager on duty was very rude customer service wise and didn’t speak other than being gruff. Glad the owner has good quality food because the atmosphere is not it.

I've received a wrong order from these guys 3 separate times and twice now that my order showed up . I always make sure to tip and still this garbage happens I won't be ordering here anymore
CANNOT BE TRUSTED. This domino is the worst restaurant ever. I ordered a 60 dollar worth of food via ubereats, and the order never arrived. They claimed they have dropped the food but anyone could make that claim- I also explicitly said to hand the food to me and that i was waiting for 20 minutes at the pinned location. This is by far the worst experience via ubereats yet. The people that work there CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Limited choices about vegetarian. If you take full option veggie lovers, it really become very expensive than store frozen pizza from Costco or Wegmans or Kroger's . Domino's is still better than Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Papa Murphy's etc but can't give it five star because it is pricey for fully loaded veggie lovers pizza unfortunately ?? without a coupon

Whenever I order from 5th Street Dominos, there always seem to be mistakes. I usually don't leave feedback or reviews because I understand that mistakes can happen. However, it's clear that this place doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. My recent order had the wrong toppings and was packaged incorrectly. I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for a remake, and they didn't even inform me that they were working on it. It's evident that this place is in need of better management.

We recently visited the Domino's Pizza location on 5th Street and had a mixed experience. While the pizza itself was up to the usual standard, a few issues stood out that marred the overall visit.
Firstly, the staff was quite noisy. While it's understandable that a busy restaurant might have a lively atmosphere, the level of noise from the staff was excessive and disruptive, making it hard to enjoy the meal in peace.
Secondly, condiments were not provided proactively. We had to ask for dipping sauces, which should be a standard part of the service, especially in a well-established chain like Domino's.
Additionally, the pizza menu did not have prices listed. This lack of transparency made it difficult to make informed choices and was quite frustrating.
Lastly, the location did not have a restroom available for customers. This was particularly inconvenient, especially during a longer stay or for families with children.
Overall, while the pizza was good, the noisy staff, lack of proactive service with condiments, absence of prices on the menu, and lack of a restroom significantly detracted from the dining experience. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.
