The pizza was fresh and very delicious. I was able to order no cheese by the slice with no problem!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Domino’s location for years, but my recent experience has completely changed that. I asked for extra parmesan cheese packets, and Allen behind the counter handed me only two. When I politely asked for more, he responded rudely, saying he’d have to charge me. I asked how much, and he said, “I don’t know, I’ll have to check,” in a dismissive and impolite tone.

Feeling confused, I asked another employee if they had started charging for extra packets, and he told me, “No, we don’t charge yet.” He was kind enough to apologize and offer more cheese packets. I told him he didn’t need to apologize—Allen did. But of course, Allen never did.

After placing countless orders here, it’s disappointing that one employee’s poor attitude could ruin the experience. This kind of rude behavior and inconsistent service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

I ordered 2 pizzas, some wings, and the marbled cookie brownies. The pizza was burnt, the marbled cookie brownies were burnt, the wings were barely sauced I got hot wings. This was the worse service I’ve ever had from dominos and I gave a $6.00 tip and for what. This is awful. I won’t be ordering from them again ever!!!

Normally a great team but my driver today, nicholas, i believe took an inordinate amount of time to deliver my sandwich. Most of the time he spend right next to my location according to the tracker. And when he finally showed up he just refused to speak at all and didnt even tell me my total for the meal, thankfully i already had it ready but this is not the customer service usually shown by these guys

Delivered a cold pizza and the wrong drink. Had to reheat the pizza when delivered as it took the driver over 30 minutes to go 3 miles. I can’t drink sugared drinks so I ordered DC and they delivered Coke. Wish Papa John’s delivered around here. There are others in the area or a frozen pizza next time. Waste of over $30.

We gotta learn what a well done pie is over here. It’s like your store gets mad that I want my pizza in the oven for two minutes longer. The amount of uncooked pies after asking for well done is wild. Actually just brought my last one back and got a refund. Guys are nice but cannot cook an easy dominos pie
