I don’t often order pizza but after several days of being inside the house and dealing with a migraine I decided to treat myself. Last Thursday I ordered a medium sized pizza with onions, green peppers, mushrooms and sausage. It cost me a little over $16.00 plus a $5.00 tip. I asked if they would bring it to the car for me and they did. I’m sorry but I can’t tell you how disappointed I was. The crust was super thin and I had to search for any vegetables and sausage! I could have bought myself a really nice dinner for what I paid for this poor excuse for a pizza! I am on a fixed income and I’m retired so I don’t eat out very often and when I order food for pickup I expect it to be presentable and filling. This was not! Be assured this will be the last time I get Dominos pizza!

I had the most delightful experience at the Crozet Domino's recently, all thanks to their irresistible cheesy bread! The bread was perfectly baked, oozing with gooey cheese that melted in my mouth with every bite.But what truly made this experience outstanding was the incredible staff at Domino's. Their friendly demeanor and exceptional service left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. requested contactless delivery, did not receive that. driver stood around, walked to multiple doors looking for a tip and would not remove himself after leaving the pizzas. very awkward, did not enjoy experience

CUSTOMERS BE WARNEDThe manager mocked me. Literally mocked me. In front of customers and kitchen staff. I was erasing a part of their chalkboard to write a joke with the public chalk, when the manager got upset because I was erasing something they didn't want me to erase. On a public chalk board. With multiple drawings. She then proceeded to mock me to my face and then in the open kitchen to her staff. Everyone was uncomfortable, and myself and many other customers had our mouths wide open in disbelief. We never received an apology. If we hadn't already paid for the food, we might have just left. We will never be coming back.

Ordered never arrived though it showed on tracker as delivered; immediately called and was promised that driver would call us on the way to correct; driver never called, so we had to call back again, was told that driver went back and the pizza was gone and that driver disputed it was the incorrect house, had to speak to 2 people over 2 additional phone calls to get the charge cancelled after waiting 45 minutes for no pizza.

We have always been impressed with Domino's but not tonight. We ordered a veggie pizza with veggies for delivery and instead the driver dropped off a pepperoni pizza. Called and asked them to make and deliver the pizza we ordered. It arrived but obviously the Domino's team was not happy with our complaint. Look at the mess that arrived! Good grief! Guess it will be Sal's from now on!

At the rest area 3 miles I am a truck driver and by law I cannot move this truck before my 10 hr break is up they refused to deliver even though I am literally one exit away thank God for papa johns
