I remember when this plàce first open how much they cared and love there jobs, story time I got to pick up a delivery I watch a few families come in behind me, young lady tells me we are working on your order, Iam watching the young men make a bunch of donuts who now go to the people who just walked in ( smh) now they have to make new batter, again he's pounding out donut again they go to the people who just got there, finally I asked how are people who just walked in getting donuts made in seconds and I've been standing here 25 mins, and which the young lady replied, priority goes to the inhouse customers!! Let me just say I told the customers and everybody that orders from this place to not order here because we aren't a priority ( smh) not to mention none of your staff wash there hands! Coming from the cashier and just putting on gloves! I finally got three dozen of donuts asked for a bag, we don't have a bag,no said it would be easier I have a cane! Good luck I was told! You won't get a dime from me!

Krispy Kreme was a treat for a special event. The customization of each doughnut is fun. The staff during this most recent visit was less than energetic. There were two employees at the time. There was a customer being served ahead of me and another customer on a phone call who the staff was talking with while helping the first customer. I was not acknowledged until the person on the phone said that she might have to cancel the order and the first customer left. The staff was polite but did not acknowledge my wait or thank me. Less than stellar visit.

I’ve always enjoyed Duck Donuts, but last Saturday’s experience was disappointing. The donuts tasted different—almost like the quality has diminished. They didn’t have the same freshness or flavor I’m used to.
The service was also lacking. When we arrived, there were only two staff members, and no one was available to handle the coffee station. This led to unnecessary delays, and by the time we got our order, our donuts had already gone cold. A third staff member eventually showed up but seemed unaware of the backlog, which didn’t help the situation.
Overall, it felt disorganized, and the quality just wasn’t there. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but I expected better.

2 donuts. 25 minutes. Left regretting that I had tipped when I paid. Never seen anything like it before.
They gave false hours when we wanted to get some valentines donuts they said they shut down at 5pm, well the website says 7pm otherwise we wouldn't have came. Sorry excuse for a business. When you have paying customers ready to spend money here on valentines day 2025. Management should fire the workers and manager running this establishment. If the place fails to stay open it had warning signs!

We loved working with Randy and Duck Donuts to cater the dessert for our wedding! Randy got on the phone with us multiple times to work through our order and even helped us design custom bride and groom donuts. Everyone at the wedding raved about the design and taste. All that to say, Randy was what convinced us to go with Duck Donuts. Donuts aside, Randy is THE guy. We had plenty of laughs over our phone calls and he made us feel like we were family. He’s truly a differentiator that helped make us choose his store for our wedding donuts.
