He then remarked that the kids were taking too long, to which I responded, "Well, they're kids."He added, "We have other things to do. You don't need to come back." Best donuts on the planet. That is to say, they are made fresh when you order, so of course they are amazing. If they are busy it'll take time. The donuts are worth the wait.Duck: Stop prompting for a tip at POS for a counter-service pre-pay business. Doesn't matter if everyone else is doing it, it sucks when they do it too.Everyone: Come here, eat amazingly warm fresh delicious donuts, it's a good time.

The donuts are fresh, but it does come at a cost as I consistently have to wait 20 min even though there was nobody else in line. Also, donuts are not always consistently made (missing topping, etc) but overall I do recommend as the staff are nice and the donuts are good!

Great donuts. Don't order online unless you're going to take over 30 minutes to get there. I ordered and got there 5 minutes later. Since orders are timed at 30 minutes by default I watched people walk in and out while their orders were made ahead of mine.

9 times out of 10 they are never open when they say they are open. I work night shift and get to the location around 740 am after checking online and the website saying they open at 7am, they had the doors locked. A man was inside, but turned his back and walked towards the back of the store when he saw me.

Don't go to Krispy Kreme, go here. Donuts are way better, way cheaper, and the staff are generally more helpful. DD never misses.
Wait time is excessive. The area where they customize your donuts is messy. So you may end up with things you did not order on your donut. I only order plain donuts now.

Duck donuts does not disappoint! We had the breakfast sandwiches with maple and bacon topping, custom 1/2 dozen, and coffee. We were visiting from out of state and have never been before. I'm impressed with the kindness and service here. The donuts are tender, warm, and delicious! ??

I had never been to a Duck Donuts so I didn't know what to expect. I stopped by there to grab some doughnuts for a client. The young lady that helped me was nice and very patient. They made all of the doughnuts right infront of me so I knew they were fresh. They smelled amazing! I also noticed that they had samples if you wanted to try before you buy. My clients loved the doughnuts and raved about how good the maple bacon one tasted. Overall this was a great experience.
