Ordered a tea that was FERMENTED! Called to let them know. Was told I could come back for a replacement. Next day was told they couldn’t give a replacement without my receipt. Guess you should avoid the tea. Was basically kombucha.

The two ladies that work in the morning. One with reddish hair and the other with a dark brown. Both are rude and only greet the males when they come in or through the drive thru. The dark brown haired lady didnt greet me. Just said whats the name and handed me my drinks without straws. Proceeded to get mad because I asked for them

I had a rather unique experience at this store. I ran out of gas in the drive-thru at this location. Which was a MAJOR inconvenience to everyone one involved. However the staff at this store went above and beyond there jobs and just acted as kind human beings. They helped me push my car out of the drive thru without complaining a single bit and the manager at the store actually gave me a ride to the gas station so that I could buy a gas tank and fill it up and be on my way. On top of that as always the avocado toast and dunkalatte where delicious. Thank you guys for being genuinely kind human beings and if you are in the area I highly recommend this location!

I would give zero stars if i could my husband came through earlier to get himself a frozen coffee and he has a really severe dairy allergy and they where telling him that he couldnt get his frozen coffee made with almond milk which is the biggest lie i have ever heard because every other dunkin it is able to be made with almond or oat milk so this dunkin needs better employees that arent going to lie just because they wanna be lazy and not do their job.

We came here at around 11:15, July 13th. 5 cars were in front of us when we arrived. We waited 30 min to place our drive-thru order. But, we had to leave at 12:00 with nothing because our order was not done by that time, and the employees did not even say anything or look at us. This is the worst drive-thru experience i've had in my life. Shift manager needs to be fired & staff needs to get re-trained.

Got there Sunday morning at 8:00 am. Was told the lobby wasn't open to go through drive thru, so I did. Got to the speaker was told somebody would be with me shortly. 5 minutes later lady came on said before I order i should know there was no ice tea or ice coffee. Since tea was what I wanted to drink I got out of line to leave and there 2 cars at window to pick up dont know how long those poor people were there. How do u not be ready to open at 8 am for a donut shop? This is the third time I've had this type experience in last couple months. They always blame it on Under staffing?
