Most pathetic “schmear” of all time.
Garbage sandwich shop, the server is rude and the waiting lines are crazy. The server is extremely rude and don’t even waste your time here.

Closed for the Summer. And loved the fact that the customer team got back to me with a promise that they would update the working hours!Thank You!
Went to this location and asked about allergen information, as it says to do on the sign up front if you have allergies. I specifically waited for 5-10 minutes until they had no other customers in line, so as not to overburden the employees. Multiple staff members were extremely rude in response, rolled their eyes, and dismissed me when I asked for clarification about allergens, and did not give me the allergen info I wanted. Worst attitude I've ever gotten when asking about allergens in a restaurant.Update - Reached out to the company and got completely no response! Seems like an unpleasant company overall, so I'll avoid any Einstein Bros. stores in the future if that's the way they treat customers with special dietary needs.
Mediocre food. Rude service.
Solid meh

Average place but good for bagel sandwich meal exchanges. Bagels are alright, nothing amazing. Meal exchange menu is super limited to less than 5 bagel sandwich options out of a massive menu. During peak hours they don't meet GrubHub pickup time so you end up waiting quite a while after it says your order is ready on your phone. Soft serve beverage machine regularly does not have stock of all flavors and is also broken a lot. They also are usually out of stock of different spreads and some of the regular menu items.
It's nice to go here for breakfast. It's very efficient to order with GrubHub for meal exchange. However, the bagels are mediocre. The sandwiches taste very artificial. The shmear was meager. The asiago bagels are great though.
I agree with the other reviews that the food is ok (not great, but fine), but the service is absolutely terrible and unacceptable. The guy in the back who makes the food is nice and helpful, but the other ones who take the order from the customers are terrible. They practically yell at you. There was one time I walked in at 2:15pm, and the lady who took my order yelled that "we're closing" (they close at 3pm), making me feel like I shouldn't order anything 45 minutes before their closing time, because apparently, she's not expecting to work for the last hour. If I have a couple more minutes, I'll definitely prefer walking over to Argo Tea.
I like Einstein bagels in general and have had some good experiences in the past. This particular location caters mostly to college students and the quality of the bagels (especially if you get a sandwich bagel) just doesn't compare to other stand alone Einstein's that I've been to. It's OK in a pinch but I try to plan other options so I don't need to stop by here.
Nice place, pretty timely service good bagels. Located inside rice hall so a great place to pick up something in between classes.
