Cook had long greasy hair, no hair net, no gloves. No sink in sight. Waited an unbelievable amount of time to order with no one else in store. Pizza was thin, flat and nasty. Had no taste whatsoever. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Was very disappointed that I ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad and the bacon and chicken were burnt to a crisp. When he reached out to the restaurant and spoke with Crystal we were told that: - fryer oil needs to be changed -1 the person who cooked the bacon that morning overcooked it Was told that it could not be re-made as there is no more bacon . Per Crystal who was in charge for the shift and the cook who cut up the burned chicken bacon and plated it . The salad is not edible as it it burnt black. Crystal did NOT offer to remake the salad as they are out of bacon nor did she offer to make something else. All she offered was a credit on the account. So I guess I just won't eat dinner? 0/10 awful experience , sad because we ordered from them often. What a shame.

The online ordering process was very easy the pizza was ready right on time, and the cashier was very friendly. The pizza was also DELICIOUS. We got 2 cheese pizzas, and they weren't heavy like pizza can often be. The crust was the perfect consistency and the pizza was ideal for folding and eating. SO GOOD!
