We had a reservation on OpenTable for Fig and arrived 5 minutes early to find the place dark and the door locked without any sign on the door indicating anything about a closure. Not the first time we've been surprised to find them closed. We have had other restaurants notify us of a closer hen we had a reservation and while it can be inconvenient we appreciate the notice. There is no excuse for not addressing a closure when there is a reservation. Even a sign in the door would have been better.
