Had not eaten here since Covid. Was really craving a hot hearty sandwich today and thought- Firehouse! Well, ordered and when I received my $13 sandwich...it was just sad. Very little meat, total opposite of what it had been before....

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The staff here is RUDE. No reason for that. This is the second time the staff here acted as if we were bothering them & talked disrespectfully. If you can't be pleasant maybe you shouldn't be working with the public. Plenty of other places to dine at in cville that actually appreciate their customers.
It was the best sub ever ??? quick too. I got a Turkey sub with provolone cheese , lettuce , tomato, Mayo , and onion ?.. will be returning.

My wife used to live in an area with a Firehouse Subs. We ate there frequently and LOVED IT. TRecently we when we were in the area of a Firehouse we decided stop by. The Firehouse theme seems no longer to apply. Big meaty subs made by firemen (firepersons) with hearty appetites from doing hard fire fight-fighting related work are a thing of the past. We paid nearly $30 for two marginally loaded (They were skimpy on the meat). subs, two drinks bucks two subs and two small bags of chips.We probably won't be back again.
