I received a bag of greasy cold fries in greasy bag and a melted shake. No cheeseburger. Usually the food is good but today, December 14th 2025, Sunday it was not. I called, no GM available. Avoid Sundays here. Awful.

Had lunch to go. The fries were not cooked enough. The burger was bland compared to the ones I've had at other Five Guys. I told them that they were out of ketchup but no one ever came to change it so I had to do without.

Paid 20 for a combo. Asked for No tomato no onion. Got both. Burger and buns was sloppy and wet for some reason. Five guys is my go to when im looking for a burger. But out of the 20 ive been to in the country. This was the worst one. Also called to order on the way and got put on hold. With no response. Love five guys...but bad!

Very nice location inside the mall property. We had no wait, and our burgers were made to order. We got off the highway on our way to the Washington Dulles airport. It was worth the extra few minutes go get something good! The parking situation there is not great, though. If there are no spaces out front, good luck.

Terrible, over greasy hamburgers (2). Ordered. I took a few bites yes, the other person ate a few bites. I threw up twice and she stomach issues!
The burgers must have been Spoiled. From ordering to with UBER. In the 15-20 range had bag in hand ! Going to try and get my $50 back! NEVER again!!!
I have never eaten here ... I tried to get delivery since Google and their own website says they deliver ... so I wasted my time trying to order from them only to end up calling and asking ... then the manager didnt seem to know if the Hollymead store delivered ... so his lack of knowledge is not acceptable as well as the confusion over them delivering ... I would still like to see if the food is any good ... perhaps one day I will be updating this review 😉

I've loved this place for over 10 years. But today I saw a photo posted behind the counter of S/M/L sized cups full of fries with a measuring container filled with fries in front of each one.
Man, I thought. It's finally over. Someone put a stop to them loading the bag up with way more fries than could ever fit in the cup! But, i thought, in fairness it's probably gone on long enough...
Peering over the counter, I saw they even had the measuring container there by the fry station. Ahh, well, it was good while it lasted.
Then the frycook filled my paper cup with fries, just like the photo, and put it in the bag with the burger. And I figured, if im honest, it's still a lot of fries.
THEN, to my Absolute AMAZMENT, he also filled the measuring container, and poured that in ON TOP! Absolutely Incredible! 🤯
Apparently I misunderstood the photographic instructions. 🤣
Thank you 5 Guys. For making Above and Beyond the industry standard.
Now I see that those other burger restaurants have been doing it wrong the whole time! 🫶
