Wonderful service and I really liked the mocha and this fancy cake. I loved the ambiance and the two ladies at the counter were so sweet! Definitely coming back

Love the chocolate here, it's as delicious as it is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be purchasing chocolate here for years to come.

Great selection and very good chocolates!

First time in the store front was this past Saturday morning. It was pretty empty and the staff was very friendly and personable. It smells amazing in there and there’s lots of seating. Had a cranberry chocolate almond croissant and I think that was the best croissant I’ve had in Cville. Also got the il bicerin and it was great, the chocolate was very rich. They also have a loyalty program!

So far I've had the Maya chocolate, brown butter caramel chocolate, a hot cocoa from the cafe, and the Maya drinking chocolate mix, and they have all been incredibly delicious! The service has been really friendly too and my very first time in the store, the cashier even covered the cost of my Maya chocolate to celebrate my daughter's (of the same name) birthday. I also love that you can see into the kitchen where they're making chocolates, and the store always smells incredible!

Update: also had the brownie and they're deliciously rich! Found out the cashier who paid for our Maya chocolate is named Amy, and she is a joy to interact with, always upbeat and friendly, so be sure to go at least once when she's on shift :)

My fiancé and I’s first time trying Gearharts and hands down the best chocolate we’ve ever had. We got an assortment of 8 chocolates and I’ll be completely honest, they were gone before we left the parking lot!

First off the raspberry chocolate croissant is delicious with a crisp outer crust, lightly sweet with a good amount of raspberry and chocolate fudge inside. The chocolate cake was good as well but not as much as the croissant. For the coffee you are better off with just a regular coffee because the mocha was overpowering and that’s because we didn’t have the coffee with the pastries. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try chocolates, next time.
