I've been a regular at Grit for quite some time, and I truly enjoy visiting this spot. The staff here are exceptional every interaction I've had has been positive! The two gentlemen even remember my order, even if I haven’t been in for weeks. Today, I saw them manage a challenging customer situation with such grace and kindness. It was impressive to watch. Thank you for consistently taking such great care of us! I always look forward to my visit!
Love the atmosphere of this place! I've been coming for years and am always so happy to see my favorite barista Richard working, he is always so welcoming and helpful when i have questions!
This was my first time at Grit, and it did not disappoint! The staff, especially the two men, were extremely friendly and gave great suggestions. I witnessed them having to deal with difficult customers, but they handled the confrontation with grace. I recommend Grit!
