I am so excited that there is a vegetarian option near me. I ordered the GRN Street Double with a side of fries. The patty had the taste and texture of a veggie burger but that’s not a problem for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
This restaurant is located in a small indoor mall so you have more than one option for food. The restaurant is not sit-in but the mall has plenty of tables and chairs for sitting and eating. We got ice cream while we waited for GRN Burger to open.
The only thing that I found trouble with was that GRN Burger doesn’t open until 4 pm. So we had to wait about 40 minutes before ordering because we were in town early. Also, their fries were cooked uneven. There were some that were under cooked, some over cooked and some that were perfect. It may have been just a bad batch.
Vegetarian options: The menu is veggie based with dairy and vegan cheese options.
Parking: There is a parking lot on the side of the building and a few spaces along the street out front.
Kid-friendliness: The menu is kid-friendly, the atmosphere is as well. The restaurant does not have a sit-in option but the mall does. There are tables and chairs for sitting and eating.

My Uber eats order was completely wrong and the driver gave me someone else’s food. Sometimes you can make that work, but in this instance, it was meat and I’m a vegetarian. I quickly got in my car and ran over to GRN Burger. They were closed but the person working the counter understood my dilemma and made food for me himself. It was so kind.

located inside Dairy Market... like an upscale food court. It looks like its attached to Citizen Burger. If no one is at the counter, they have a sign to scan the QR code to order. Expect food to take 20-30 minutes. The coleslaw was great and had a slightly mustard flavor... the portion is tiny (about the size of a Dixie cup). The Smokehouse Chicken was good for the price but came with ranch that was not vegan despite advertising that this is a 100% vegan place. At least they put the ranch on the side and labeled it as not vegan.

OMG! Wanted a burger, but it’s a Friday during Lent. Then I remembered someone had recommended GRN Burger. I was pleasantly surprised and have found a new favorite spot. The GRN Deluxe with their “bac’n” is INCREDIBLE! And the Swaffle fries are some of the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. I will most definitely be back! I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but this could be a regular thing for me!

Let’s put aside the fact that the food does not feel or taste vegan. If it actually is then that would be mind blowing. I don’t like the fact that they share the space with a non-vegan grass fed beef burger place so say hello to the fear of cross contamination. If all of this is actually vegan then good but meh…overpriced for the ambiguous experience. I’m def notComing back and would not recommend. Go to botanical for vegan food you won’t question its ethic.

I’ve eaten here a few times and loved every bite! My favorite so far is the Rancho Bac’nato. I can’t stop getting it because I like it so much even though there are other items I want try! It’s so savory and delicious. I also had The Big Mock which was huge and really good. Had all the fried sides as well and they are all delicious. So nice to have such great vegan burgers options in Cville. Thanks GRN Burger!
Fantastic burgers! Full of flavor, and hits the spot. Dairy Building is a good spot, and lucky to have Grn Brgr in the restaurant lineup. My first choice!
