Was told this place was amazing by a coworker who had been there. The food was basic, the prices were crazy for what it was. Apparently there was an ownership change, which wait staff indicated. Overheating customers talk about the changes, it seems quite a bit changed. 3 tacos for $18 and a $22 burrito... I expected more

The food was ok, service was ok, but we ordered a kids menu to our niece who is 11 and they charge extra $2 because they thought she was older even when we told she was 11 🙄 (the kids menu is up to 12 years old)

It was acceptable. The margarita was fine. I've had better Carne Asada. Service was quick and very polite. Perhaps different dishes would be better.

Guadalajara nails the cozy, authentic Mexican vibe from the moment you walk in. The decor sets the mood perfectly—warm, colorful, and inviting.

I had the steak ranchero, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was tender and juicy, smothered in a tangy, spicy sauce that packed just the right amount of heat without overwhelming the flavor. I also tried the cheese quesadilla, which was perfectly done—crispy on the outside and fluffy, cheesy goodness on the inside.

They have a large selection of beverages too, which made it easy to pair the food with something refreshing.

All in all, a great experience. I will definitely be back.

Average food. It wasn't bad, it wasn't terrific. Better than a typical chain.

It was such a great meal. I usually order the tacos, but this time I liked the description of their sopes. Absolutely delicious. Two firm "saucers" of fillings (plus chicken). Plater includes shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes as well as two delightfully spicy sauces. I ordered the jalapeños margarita, which was a bit pricy af $15 but worth every penny. The fishbowl of margarita was well dressed with jalapeño slices. My husband was very happy with his quesadilla michoacana, which was served with a generous portion of their housemade guacamole. Highly recommended.

I order on GrubHub when the pandemic the food was good. Now it went to crap the cheese taste old. The lettuce was rotten. Not no good no more.

Standout food, colorful decor, reggaeton on the speakers, perfect experience 👌 Zero question I'll come back again

The service was good, David was good and checked back to see if everything was okay. 1st time I ate there and the food was not worth the price and it doesn't compare to real Mexican food. They need to visit New Mexico and taste authentic Mexican food. I'm really disappointed and will not be wasting my money again.
