There are several of these restaurants around Cville and out of all of them I think this one is the best. The best service, and above all the best food. It is good portions, well-seasoned, and great tasting. I'm a little basic but the Arroz Con Pollo is my favorite, but I always add mushrooms because I just like them.A hidden gem to me at this place that you wouldn't normally think of ordering at a Mexican Restaurant is the fried Cheese stick appetizer. They are super crispy, seasoned, and come with two sauces, plus some celery be aeh. A marinera sauce like standard but also a queso cheese sauce. A fried cheese stick dipped in cheese.... what's not like about that...? if you love cheese. Also if you dont use all the cheese sauce you have some extra cheese from it for your chips/entree.

My family was there Tuesday 4/2 when my mom passed out from dehydration. The staff automatically called 911 and jumped into action along with several customers.I owe them such a huge thank you for everything! They deserve a big applause for the way they helped us and handled the situation.Guadalajaras has been a family favorite for over 10 years and will always continue to be! Job well done for the training!

I use to love this place when the prices when the prices were reasonable. I ordered a quesadilla that's was twice as expensive as it should have been and it only came with one quesadilla and some toppings in the side. It was soaked on the bottom too when it arrived at the table. Honestly for what I got and the price I paid.... The whole experience for me was disgusting.
I ordered takeout last night about 40 minutes before closing and while the staff was very nice when I picked up my order, my issue was with the food. I got home to eat and found 2 pieces of long black hair under the cheese and wrapped in my burrito, it was absolutely disgusting. I threw out everything I had ordered as it was so gross, I will not be returning.

Food was good. Fairly priced. Only giving a lower rating because we ordered for delivery and the order request we had on our dishes were ignored on both orders. They also forgot to give us napkins and utensils.
