Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

This is the second review I’ve ever left in my life. But basically overpriced. Ordered shrimp fajitas which were like $27 and they weren’t even big shrimp they were baby ones, also forgot the tortillas which is to me one of the main reasons I get fajitas. And the taste was just off, seems like they put cinnamon on it and I was not feeling it. I honestly think taco Tuesday at my hospital cafeteria is more enjoyable. Chorizo queso was good though.

The salsa was probably the worst I’ve ever had. It tasted like flavorless tomatoes. No salt, no acid, no herb.

The chicken taco was a collection of low quality ingredients. The quality definitely didn’t match the price.

The rice and beans were exactly what I hoped for. The best items of the dinner.

Have stopped here several times when in Cville for husband's appts at UVA. Always clean, pleasant people, great food. It's a regular stop for us.

A few of us nurses ordered Guadalajara while we were at work. I ordered the California burrito (cost $22 before tax and tip) . What I got was a joke. It was so incredibly tiny it made Chipotle look good. I tried calling multiple times but no one answered. I will never order again. I put a pen in the picture for scale.

It was just ok. There was not much crowd during the lunch hour on a week day. Everything was neat and clean. We did not have to wait. We ordered grilled Salmon. Salad was good to taste.

The food was bland had real no flavor to it rice and beans on the side then when I called back to ask why I didn't receive my rice and beans they said they don't come on the side just a real bad experience all around
