Food was awesome as were cocktails. A little pricey given atmosphere which was more than moderately loud.Damion was quite good as server.

We sat in a booth and the noise level was so low we did not have any trouble conversing. The brunch exceeded my expectations especially the cold melon soup.

I so enjoyed my visit to Hamilton and First. The food was delicious. I especially loved the stuff mushroom appetizer. Lastly, the service was first rate

This was our first time dining at Hamiltons', and we had a wonderful anniversary dinner! At our request, the hostess re-seated us at an available table better for our special celebration. She also shared good insight into her menu favorites and customer favorites too - she was spot on. Our server Garrison was very knowledgeable about menu preparations and wine choices; his hospitality was great and service very attentive. The culinary team expertly prepared our selections, Crispy Fried Oysters app, Beet and Burrata app, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and Arctic Charr. All delicious. Thank you!

Wonderful Father's Day at Hamilton's! Delicious food, especially the blue crab and corn chowder and Brunch specials. Service attentive and professional as always.

Went for Brunch and had a wonderful Father's Day for my dad. We ordered biscuits and jam for the table and they were amazing, melt in your mouth amazing, fresh and warm from the oven. A must order!!

This is a lovely place to dine. The martinis were excellent. Our two fish dishes, arctic char and rockfish special, were both well conceived and executed, and delicious. Service was attentive, light-handed, and cordial. In all, a delightful evening.

We are frequent diners at Hamilton's because the food and beverage selections are consistently excellent.

I have never had a bad or less than near perfect meal here. The drinks are amazing even special order and not just the f the menu. The servers remember your favorite meals and the way you like you drinks. This is an amazing place to eat.

I love Hamiltons! They've been one of my go-to restaurants in rotation for over a year. I have some dietary restrictions which helps when the people who serve you can name the allergens from each dish and take it seriously.

Definitely a sit-down place with an upscale but non-pretentious atmosphere. I'm a regular but I also love coming for special occasions because the vibe here facilitates a cozy meal with family or friends.

Staff are so so wonderful, including some of the best bartenders I've come to know. I cannot over-emphasize how special of an experience I get here every time I go. It's not cheap but great food almost never is and it's definitely worth it. (Prices are on-par for fine dining in Cville). They also have a private dining room for large parties!

Favorite dishes are the crab cakes with a remoulade, mixed greens salad, and their seasonal fish. Favorite drinks are the Albemarle Fizz, Margarita, and any wine Chelsea recommends. :)

Lovely atmosphere, great service but honestly based on the price of food it wasn't up to par. There was nothing special about it at all and the servings were incredibly small and forgettable. The crab cakes dinner and calamari salad was delicious but the other orders were again just adequate. At these prices the consumer deserves better than just adequate.
